Citadines Flatiron Phnom Penh

After staying over a week at the Citadines Manila for the first time, I thought I would try this property. It seemed quite new and its AI, high tech features were evidenced in the elevators, doors, window shades and smart sophisticated lighting. Very impressive. The bed was big and comfortable. The toilet and showers were great.

The location is a bit remote. There are no other services or shops immediately adjacent to the property. The restaurant is separate from the hotel and I couldn't charge my breakfast to my room. The room was quite small. In fact, I had to turn sideways to walk past my bed to the front door, otherwise I would hit the TV on the wall. Reminded me of a dorm room.

The hotel itself was excellent. Rooms are extremely comfortable and with modern decor.

Overall, the experience was great. However, the room did take a very long time to cool down. It would be helpful if the guest services would turn on the a/c of the assigned guest room to make their stay more comfortable. The local temperature is quite hot. Turning on the a/c would help.....just a suggestion. Location is another small issue. It is not near the city center or local attractions.

Everything is very new and modern with an efficient use of space. I heard the bakery is good but we opted to have breakfast at the market instead which we thoroughly enjoyed.

But that makes for a small room space with just enough room to walk around and place your things. The location also needs a Tuk Tuk / Remorque to get to and from which thankfully are easy enough to book via an app.

Location is best to access to anywhere in Phnom Penh. The hotel is clean, spacious, high-class. Nice view and great environment. The lights are all separate and good to choose which light we want to be on/off. The mattress is nice and comfortable. All facilities are modern and digitalized. All are provided!

Everything about the stay from the hotel to the staff and the food was amazing , superb customer service , and the amazing infinity pool I will definately recommend for others to stay here , one of the best hotels I have stayed at in my entire life

The property is very well maintained and extremely clean. The staff especially were so friendly, humble & courteous. Such lovely bunch right from the ground floor reception team all the way to the janitors! This is my 2nd stay and I will keep coming back here. Btw, the coffee at the dining area is really good👍👍

Everything. The interior design is spectacular. It is the prettiest gym I have ever seen and the black out curtains.. yes.

Miscommunication with airport transfer pick up but the staff were so lovely to us when we checked in so we quickly overlooked it.

Hospitality in a league of its own. Staff and management from restaurant to hotel staff to receptionists all exhibit the highest level of professionalism & customer obsession. Incredibly pleased with amenities & room design.

Too little tissues and toilet rolls provided. Staff understanding of English is quite poor especially the Khema restaurant ones. The TV in my room is off center from the bed. Very difficult to watch

Service was on point My request for the roses on the bed were beautifully done Staff was super polite and greeted me everytime overall a excellent place to stay
