Badi'ah Hotel

Booking of different room. Since i selected the promo room. The promo picture of the room mislead the the actual room. But the hotel give the best solution for the booking. Feel great for the solution and helpful of the staff. They provided the best room with double queen bed for the us.. very comfy n great for 1 family room of 4 person thanks !!! Will stay there again !! Supermarket n restaurants in walking distance .

From the price and services, the value was worth it. The hotel has been my go to for staycation and I was always happy with the service provided. I even got a mini panic when I forgot to bring my phone charger after checking out. They managed to locate it and keep it safe until I went back to collect it.

There were too much magazines for the room size. I saw a few on the table top on the wall but I also found more inside the table near the bed. The menu for the restaurant service were also in dire need for a change. It does not spoiled the mood or my overall stay however, I would like to highlight for your future reference.

The reception staff were extremely helpful with all my questions and recommendations. They also assisted in organising the airport transfer both ways which made it easier. The location of the hotel is very close to the city centre and there is also a mall opposite the hotel. Room was clean and nice.

The breakfast was not up to standard or worth the money paid. Hotel could have more tour options for short day trips that are more affordable.

Big room with 2 queen size beds and cleanliness, no smell in the room

The towels prepped in the room were threadbare, but the next day, towels were replaced with better after the room was cleaned. Room service only starts at 9am and if they have a big event, not accepted.

Located quite far from the city center. Large rooms fully equipped, comfortable bed. A small swimming pool in the hotel. Good breakfast buffet (till 10:30). The big plus is the free airport shuttle. Helpful staff offers opportunities to explore the city, transportation, guide, etc.

Cleanliness needs to be improved! Dust in the corners of the room, bathroom not cleaned.

The provision of a free shuttle service is vital for me especially after a late flight arrival. The breakfast has a range of food and drinks with a fairly long opening hours. The staff at the concierge are helpful.

Location of the property was pretty close to the airport. They also provide free airport transfers upon request. Staffs were very helpful and accommodating as well. Special thanks to Darren for helping us out with our day tour. Will definitely be recommending to our friends and family! 😊

Excellent. Very Good location a short drive from the airport and short walk into the centre over a pedestrian bridge. Facilities excellent. Comfortable and clean. Good value for money. Breakfast included to a good standard. Hotel helpfully provided courtesy transfers to and from the airport.

Cleanliness very good. Near to restaurant and supermarket where you can just walk near hotel. Wifi very good. Room very spacious. A very nice place to rest. Old hotel but the interior still look new.

Noise such as car sound (ambulance or police trrafic) were unavoidable and understandable but still okay and we can still sleep soundly and rest well.

Airport pickup. The driver waited even if my flight was late by almost an hour. The vehicle used to pick me up was really suitable for the purpose and quite comfortable.

The hotel did not have power adaptors. I was not able to bring one and my laptop's batteries went dead.
