The location is amazing. The staff is very professional and helpful. They lend you Chairs, umbrellas and towels for free to go to beach, that was amazing. The sauna is very clean.
The breakfast doesn't have many options, however, the ones they have are tasty

Cleanliness could be better as well as the breakfast. They don't have a menu for lunch nor dinner. The bathtube had a leake, so everytime I had a shower the bath floor would be quite wet.

The hotel is located near the beach and near the commercial area of Copacabana. The hotel offered chairs and umbrella for the beach, which was a great plus for us. We found our room comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good, all the staff was very attentive and helpful. Great quality/price ratio, I would definitely come back.

Great location, 3 mins to the beach, safe area full of restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. You can walk the entire length of Copacabana from the hotel and also to Ipanema. Good breakfast, with fruit and daily changing cakes. The cleaning staff is very efficient.
Our room was on the 2nd floor, facing an inner courtyard between tall buildings. It was quiet but also we didn't have much natural light. The air conditioning unit is stuck in a hole in the wall, no sealing around it, so all the smells from outside come to the room - like cigarette smoke, plus we could hear all the AC units around us constantly. There cold water tap at the sink had no pressure and the shower temperature was difficult to set, plus it kept shifting. Maybe we were just unlucky with the room, but all in all I would stay somewhere else if I went to Rio again.

The hotel was close to the beach. The room was big enough for 3. Breakfast had an average selection. The location was easy to find and the subway wasn't far. The street was quiet but lots of shops and eateries nearby. The rooftop pool was good, sometimes too many people

The staff were excellent and really helpful. Messenger Luciano immediately procured us a crib for the baby. All the messengers helped us with the hot water needed for the baby bottle and also cleaned the bottle. The breakfast was great and the server Mirla also helped us with the baby bottle and was really accommodating during breakfast. The Hotel was clean and the pool was nice. A block away from Copacabana Beach with a supermarket and a pharmacy on the corners, and close to many great bars and restaurants.
