Ibis Styles Wien City

Hotel is located close to public transport. The rooms are nice and comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of Miss Elisabeth. She did everything she can to make our stay pleasant. She helped us have a great impression of this hotel.

Rooms could be more sound proofed. Can be a bit noisy especially with the trains. The duvet were single on a double bed. Which were really small and annoying.

I want to begin by praising Elisabeth’s and Yuliya’s ability to solve an issue with the room that we were initially given. They were ridiculously professional and understanding, and they did their absolute best and, as such, delivered an overall great trip. They have been so calm and helpful, please take example from them. Otherwise, the room itself was great, big and the beds were really comfortable and also had a balcony.

The weird bathroom doors which didn’t close up entirely and any noise from coming from within could be heard. It’s a bit awkward in some situations.

Simply wow - the hotel was buzzing with life the moment we entered it. Given we stayed around Christmas & New Years eve, the entire atmosphere was more than welcoming. Every member of the staff was really helpful and took effort to listen to you with utmost attention. The breakfast buffet was good - not a very large spread - but everything served was fine and we never had to wait much for anything to refill. The location was great too with both the tram and metro stations being really close. Would definitely look forward to staying at Ibis Styles hotels at other locations too.

One minor improvement area was the monotony of the breakfast. Since we stayed for a week - most items remaining the same each day made us a bit bored. But overall nothing to complain about.

The room wasn't big but it didn't feel crowded, because all the space was used very smart. The beds were very comfy, the room was clean. The hotel staff was very eager to help us when needed. The hotel is close to public transport stations, shops and restaurants.

The previous occupants of our room were accompanied by a pet, probably a cat, who slept on the bed's decor pillow. That pillow was put back on the bed after the new sheets were spread for us. The pillow was covered with black animal hair which then transfered on our sheets. Better attention to details from the cleaning team would have prevented this unpleasant situation.

The staffs were very helpful with the luggages I had to leave while traveling to other cities and the package I sent to the hotel that was delivered later than I expected. The beds were also very comfortable and the rooms were big. Also, there were free coffee and drinks available too. Lastly, the hotel was very close to a train station and there were quite a few good cafes around the area.

There isn’t a refrigerator or any amenities provided aside from the soap (and the first day I was there, it was kind of empty). Although, I feel that the location might not be as in the city center for tourists.

Extremely well located, very clean and practical room, amazing bathroom. Wonderful family atmosphere from beginning to end - great breakfast and super helpful, smiling and cheerful staff. My family had some extra requests such as borrowing forks to enjoy our Demel delicacies, the staff was really helpful and accommodated them and they managed to enjoy them with the free coffee offered in the seating area around the reception. All in all - excellent stay surpassed their expectations - will definitely be booking again !! Thank you to all the staff for making it such a pleasant stay for my family.

Small room, so designed that you barely have any privacy while using the toilet and/or lavatory. Clean & neat though. Furniture is minimal and it could do with some shelves for clothing (we ended up keeping ours in the suitcase they were packed in). However, they managed to fit in a desk which is useful if you have a laptop for example. All in all more like a decent student room, which is somewhat pricey at 100+ EUR/night. Probably ok for a weekend city-break but not suitable for longer stays (we staid for a little over a week).

The room was very clean and warm, the beds very comfortable. The personnel was very nice and always available to help. Also, they bring new towels everyday and toilet paper when it's over. The hotel is located right next to the tram station, so the transportation is very easy and convenient. I definitely recommend the hotel. When I visit Vienna again, I will book a room at Ibis style.

The toilet didn't have wooden door, so if you are not comfortable with the person you travel with, it feels a bit awkward. Also, I could hear when people walked in the corridor.

Amazing hotel regarding everything!! We were happy to meet the chef there. His name is Shahoz. The food he prepared was beyond exceptional, and he was more than helpful in many things. You should always book breakfast included, it was a really delicious experience. The rooms were exactly like the pictures, and the beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.
