beautiful interior design, everything follows a theme of nature/outdoors which was refreshing. the place felt trendy and comfortable - the ideal combination for a short stay where you want to treat yourself!

given that it is new there were a few things missing, E.g iron in rooms, kettle/tea/refreshments in room. however these are very very small and didn’t impact the quality of the stay at all, just would have been nice to haves.

Convenient location right by the train station. Easy walk to just about all sights. Very comfortable bed and bedding, great pillows! Best rain shower ever. Overall cure decor.

Room a bit small. Aircon very weak - with east facing windows sunny mornings are extremely hot. No fridge or electric tea kettle in room.

It is very easy to reach the hotel if you're arriving by plane or train. The hotel is very modern with a beautiful interior. The best part of this hotel is the personnel. Everyone is very kind and always ready to help. Breakfast is amazing and there is something for everyone's taste. The bed is very comfortable. I would definitely come here again.

The rooms are rather small (but we knew that from the information provided). There is very little space for personal belongings, so I'm not sure whether it is suitable for longer stays. Not having a minibar is definitely a minus. The only real complaint is the cleanliness of the floors in the room. When we entered the room, the floors were dusty. We also requested daily cleaning, and the floors were never really clean. Furthermore, after the room is cleaned, you can find your pajamas thrown into the cocoon or on top of the bed headrest which is kind of odd.

The hotel is really lovely! The room itself was very chic but not too showy, the bed was plush and not rock hard like other hotel beds and the bathroom was just really nice. It is in a great location if you are arriving via train and only a 20 min walk into the old town.

The WIFI connection wasn’t great, thankfully this wasn’t too bad for us as we only stayed a couple of nights. We had asked for new towels each day and for the trash to be taken however this didn’t happen. This may have just been us not vocalising well enough that this was the service we required however. Overall, these are minimal things that didn’t truly affect our stay.

This hotel is 5 mins walk from the railway station and 2 mins from the bus station. Perfect as we came to Salzburg for a night after skiing, and we were catching the plane next morning. So, this hotel was perfect as we arrived by train and caught the bus (Bus no 2, about 2 Euros) to the airport! We arrived early and they stored our cases, as we arrived early, before our room was ready and for 4 other family members who were able to leave their cases there, despite not staying at the hotel, as they were going on, later that day, to the airport. So, staff were so helpful. As for the hotel itself. It was spotlessly clean, nice funky reception, bar area. Our room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, with lights under the bed to guide you to the bathroom at night! Breakfast was absolutely super, great choice, beautifully presented. The staff were very pleasant. It was about 15-20 mins walk to the old town so fine and well positioned, as I said, for public transport. It was also very quiet at night! Would I stay here again, most definitely!

Nothing to dislike.

Very cute hotel with excellent staff. I especially liked the free still and sparkling water. The rooms were clean and the beds were great. Also convenient were the many wall hooks in the main room.

Our room would better suit a weekend trip. There really is very little space for big luggage. While the swing chair is cute, the space could have been better used for more practical things like a desk or luggage storage. The bathroom needed more than one hook for towels. If two people are sharing a bathroom, they each need places to put their toiletries and towels. My pet peeve with European hotels is that they rarely provide a spot in the shower stall to hold personal items such as razors or special soaps or shampoos.

it was close to the station (I was in Salzburg to see places outside the city) yet quiet. the breakfast was great. the room was a nice size and comfortable. the water pressure in the shower was fine, the WiFi was fine and the bed was comfy. there were also electric blinds as well as curtains to keep the room dark.

there was no desk in the room so working was hard. The electric blinds often went up and down by themselves, sometimes in the middle of the night, which startled me. There was a motion sensor light in the room that came on automatically in the night too, which woke me. Being near the station, the hotel was in the ‘rougher’ end of town, but it was a short walk to a smarter area.

The hotel is located just In front of the train station and in 20 minutes driving distance from the airport (direct round, trolley bus N2) I really like the design and small details of the decor. The reception team were very friendly and helped us a lot during our stay, They also let us stay in our room a bit longer after check out time to wait for the taxi (as I was not feeling the flu because of the flu). Honestly, it was the best customer service I have ever experienced. Breakfast menu looked very tasty and they had a lot of options with a good quality of tea and coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the stay
