Mantra Geraldton

Everything worked really well for us. Having the washing machine and cooking facilities made such a difference

The mattress was a little too soft for my taste and the lack of anywhere sensible to hang washing was annoying. As was the kitchen not having a pot to cook pasta. With 3 bedrooms and the capacity for 5-6 guests the kitchen was set up with pots only big enough to cook for 2 and plates and cutlery only enough to serve 4.

The rooms were enormous with ensuite bath and shower. It was a self contained apartment with cooking facilities- microwave, hob etc. We had a large balcony with table & chairs and a wonderful view over the Marina. Very comfortable bed. The rooms were very quiet. The staff were very welcoming. Within walking distance of the beach, cafes and The Foreshore Tavern served good food.

The seating in the lounge wasn't very comfortable. The toilet paper was the thinnest I have ever used - false economy as you need to use more.

The location is excellent. An easy walk into town for restaurants and also very close to the shopping centre for grocery shopping. Nice view over the water and close to the seafront promenade for exercise. The BBQ facilities were nice and clean so we enjoyed some local fish with our group.

A tiny few crumbs behind the toaster and the electric stovetop in our room had no decals left on it, so it was very hard to work out which plate was on and which way made it hotter. Even using a marker on the stove top would help!

The location is excellent and the restaurant next door is superb. We ate all our meals there. The rooms were very tidy and clean and the amenities excellent. The bath was deep and the toiletries lovely. The staff were very sweet and helpful. We had a problem with a car tyre on a long weekend so needed to stay an extra night which they made very easy.

Pity that the fly screens were damaged which made it a bit difficult to keep the balcony doors open. Also our room didn't provide a local services guide. The carpets were looking a bit tired and stained although they were clean.

The location is fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. There were bream scooters outside our balcony and they were super useful in popping to pick up dinner etc. overall it was a great stay

I did fall over as we were packing the car to leave as there is a couple of potholes in the car park and clumsy me didn’t see one till it was too late. Otherwise everything was wonderful

What I can say is stay here for 1 night are not enough for you. I'm regret that can't I stay here for longer, If I able to cancel my next day trip and hotel, I will surely book another extra night to stay at Mantra Geraldton, but unfortunately my next day hotel are non changeable and refundable. This place are absolutely perfect and comfortable. The sea view scenery was perfect and the ambience make me feel so relax. I'm sure will stay again and again at Mantra Geraldton when I visit to Geraldton again.

From the moment we entered the reception, the service was excellent. We had to change rooms as we overlooked the fact that the 2nd bedroom may be set up with single beds and we needed a double for our 91 year old father. Reception helped us to move to a room with a double bed straight away. We are very grateful and sorry we don't recall her name, she was an angel. The location was perfect for our stay and the room we had chosen had water views which was the icing on the cake!

Upgrade was a pleasant surprise and the pool was great temperature, size and plenty of seating. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and of a high quality. Views over harbour beautiful. The bath is enormous and lovely and the dryer/washer combo handy! Receptionist was a highly professional and courteous young man.

No fault of anyones in these crazy COVID times but would've loved room service (minimum wait was 1hr however) we just should have planned ahead! We appreciate the challenges of staff shortages. We found a contact lens on the floor of the lounge room-no big deal except my daughter was playing with it. We handed it in to reception.

Location excellent in walking distance from restaurant and shops. Room was clean spacious Bed and pillows where like sleeping on feathers It was fantastic to have a washing machine. Love the smell of the showering products.

Our trip was too short in Geraldton Clothes line need to be replaced.

The apartment was spacious and well fitted out but mostly the location was suppuration with many things to walk. the view of the ocean was outstanding.

probably the only thing was the lift stopped several times between floors and on the last day it just read “no service “ causing us to load the car walking down 3 flights is stairs. this was a minor fault and the staff did their best to resolve it
