Quest Melbourne Airport

It's conveniently close to Tullamarine and we are able to leave our car overnight. The rooms are spacious and there are some with balconies even though we haven't had a balcony one yet. Maybe next time. The staff have been very good on both occasions we have stayed. We will continue to stay here when travelling from Tullamarine.

When we arrived there was wifi maintenance work happening and the wi-fi was not connected. We missed a couple of work emails during this time and two calls from our family trying to arrange dinner. The hotel apologised and fixed the problem by the time we returned after dinner. Even though we reported that one of the phones didn't work in the room - landline - it was not fixed during our stay.

I had a 15 hour layover in Melbourne following 2 long haul flights returning from Europe. I just needed a place to sleep before my next flight, and didn't get to fully appreciate or utilize the serviced apartment I was in. The bed and pillows were like a cloud, and the shower had wonderful pressure and hot water. I was able to utilize the free shuttle to return to the airport after checkout, which was very handy.

I arrived after midnight after a long haul flight. I had been communicating with the property prior to my arrival as reception would be closed. I was told that I would receive instructions via email on how to access the property, but did not receive these instructions. Fortunately, there is a night manager on duty who was able to provide me with the access code to enter the building and my room.

Room was comfortable and quite big. Was clean as well. Bed was a little hard and you can feel the join between the two beds, but overall it was close to the airport and very convenient with the free shuttle. It's not a walkable distance.

Was woken up by some incredibly loud guests in the hallway at 12. So it indicates that the walls are a bit thin. I could also hear the neighbours in the room next to me talking and showering at 12:30am. I'm not sure if it's because it was a room that could be connected.

The room was a good size and was modern and well appointed. Promixity to the airport was handy, being less than a 10 minute drive. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and there was ample parking during our single night stay.

One small dislike. For anyone that enjoys walking, the proximity to the airport has a downside. Unfortunately, there are very few footpaths in the area, and nothing within walking distance anyway. As there isn't an in-house restaurant, you'll need to either drive to a restaurant or order in.

If I had a business in Australia I would hire Blake (on site manager) in a heart beat, we had a disaster staying with an old friend and were scrambling to find something close to the airport. Blake came to the rescue. All the staff including cleaning looked happy and smiled. I chatted with the maintenance guy too, all so nice, 5 star staff, nice one Quest Melbourne Airport. Bed was great. The bedroom was so quite with great block out blinds. Would stay there again for sure.

The shower was amazing.....just got back from India. The receptionist was fabulous and very helpful The bed was comfy and linen was awesome

The room next to me was using the clothes dryer, and I could hear it working, and it kept getting louder Rang receptionist, and she confirmed the next room had a dryer, but as we were talking, it stopped. While on hold on the phone to the receptionist, who was run off her feet but managed it perfectly and professionally, the hold message told me how quiet the stay was....I had to laugh.

The should make signs for the local airport (domestic flights) it was confusing on how to get there for return flight. I also was scammed when I tried to rent a car. They knew I would not be able to pick the car because the airport closed at 2330. I arrived late and they kept 50 dollars. They stated I need to cancel the reservation in 72 hours. It was an impossible task.

The rental car reservation is a scam.

Good room with a good size bathroom. Bed was comfy. Location was great and parking was close by.

The Heat ! I get it didn't have aircon but give people a fan in the room. It was nearly impossible to sleep with the heat. Also it has a plain and boring interior design. A few pictures or decals on the walls would help.

The property is very clean which was instantly noticeable. The building is quite new. The bed was comfortable and the airport transport reliable and helpful. The breakfast set up by purchasing EXTRA items was fine, so I could eat when I wanted in my room before the flight next day.

For the price paid, I would expect them to INCLUDE the basic breakfast fare, as the price was rather high. Probably that for the price of the hotel there is no restaurant or bar.

Great location. Fantastic well-thought-out, modern facilities available in the room and at the facility. Friendly staff. I like the presence of the security cards, surveillance and fencing. The entrance, hall ways and facility as a whole appears clean and well presented.

The cleanliness of the actual room is a little bit average. The mattress was stained and wasn't one King size bed but two singles pushed together. I didn't love that. Also, the bathroom door had dirty finger marks all over the door. The shower floor had dirty staining. But for the room part the room is well presented. The lack of attention to detail just made the stay a little less pleasing for the price.
