Brunswick Tower Hotel

Everything. Very clean, location was excellent, staff friendly. The Motel has a safe family feel. Really enjoyed our time there. Would recommend to everyone.

Room was perfect size and the staff are always helpful

shower head was like a sprinkler. really needs to be fixed in room 38. I had to figure out how to stop the water from spraying everywhere but inside the shower. After hours door lock wasn’t working properly so had to spend 20 minutes trying to wriggle and jiggle the key in the lock to open the door. simple fixes to make things a little easier on guests.

Nice room, heating was good, good shower, tea making facilities, near everything, good private car parking, good wifi, management are lovely and friendly people

Bed very uncomfortable but the lovely manager put a bed topped on which helped sort of. But I would advise you to replace all spring mattresses with better soft ones. Toilet in Room 19 I need to let you know is loose at the foot, this needs to be fixed!

Mary Ellen on reception was particularly helpful. Room was away from the busy road an quiet.

Some of the info on the website is inaccurate - all rooms don't have a toaster and reception isn't manned until 11pm as stated. It could do with a bit of tlc.

Location was perfect to get from the airport quickly and then use the quieter tram 6 in the morning to get into South Yarra. Room was comfortable.i also liked the late check in. But with reservations.

The late check in code had changed since the email was received telling me the code. The free WiFi code was inside the safe so I couldn't access my booking or email and was stuck outside until someone answered the number a friend of mine found who had given me a lift from the airport. In addition i was in room 4 I think and there is a noisy pump running in the wall directly behind the headboard, clicking away through the night. But I would stay there again without hesitation. I would just check the safe login is still correct the day before travelling.

Good size rooms. Booked and used four rooms for extended family. Hot showers and even provided a toaster when we asked. Close to wedding venue in Brunswick "The Hall" venue.

The bathroom exhaust fan extremely loud & vibrates when in use. The next door room left their bathroom light on all night which generated unwanted noise through our bathroom.

the location was brilliant for me, it was within 5min of woolies and plenty of other stores, gyms etc. plus super close to tram stops to easily get into the city. Off street secure lock up parking was included in the costs of the room and staff were friendly and helpful.

some noise from the adjoining rooms, guests but generally that’s not the fault of the hotel.

Fantastic spot with easy access to multiple public transport options, tram, train, bus. gateway to the North. The Short notice winner: quiet, discreet, zero fuss with a good hot shower. Excellent Middle Eastern Restaurant conveniently close. but the in-house Restaurant looks decent too, will try it out next time. Bed not bad, tv reception a bit glitchy on ABC channel 2 and 24. Off Street parking a real lifesaver.

I wasn't made aware of the free wifi.

Location was very close to the hospital that I was going to and close to eateries. It was obvious that the rooms were being rennovated. Our room was great for our needs as we were really only sleeping there. Only wish was that there was room for a lounge chair. Loved the novelty shower rose that changed colour as you showered. Would recommend. Staff were very helpful.

Wash the curtains and paint the walls.

I was looking for a basic, inexpensive, convenient place to stay after a medical appointment. The hotel fully met my needs. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff polite and professional.
