Stephanie was great, helpful and also all receptionists. The room was big and clean If I can suggest, the shower was okey but there need something hold on the tile because is slippery to step down from the shower.

The first room what did they give it to us, in the next door old building, it was very disappointing. The bathroom wasn’t in the room, the old building smell…etc we been absolutely surprised. On the website didn’t mentioned this type of room. But later we get a right room. Thanks.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was amazing. The room was very clean and the blind completely blocked out the light which was wonderful. The young lady that checked us in was lovely. Very friendly and helpful.

The walls were very thin and unfortunately we had very rowdy neighbours. All the hotel facilities and restaurants were closed. And the night desk clerk was too busy laying on the counter staring at his phone to greet anyone or even respond appropriately when guests entered the building.

Well situated for our need. Bed was comfortable. Good seating area. Good air conditioning. Breakfast was good.

Faulty switch on bed lamp. Bathtub did not drain. The bathroom steps were a hazard and the shower was not very accessible for an older person. Wifi did not work. We couldn’t work out how to use the tv and there were no instructions.

The location was great. We had coffee which was lovely

We had our payment messed up.. i paid for both rooms yet they charged my friend for the room 4 days after checking out out of her deposit.. also 5 days later 150 dollars is still not retuned to either account and on asking im condesndigly asked " have i stayed in a hotel latly". Great place, great room, bad managment. Poor service.. if you sort this out.. brilliant all round.

What a diamond in the rough. I love this place. It can use a bit of an overhaul, but everything works, there's loads of room, great location, sweet staff. I don't understand why it is not the most popular place in the area

They could do with a bit of cosmetic maintenance, but other than that it is amazing.

Room spacious and bright

Television was not working at first and it took a while to get someone to fix it. The fan in the bathroom was not working (that's probably why the cleaners left the window slightly open rather than mention it to management).

Perfect for a 1 person stay, great location, and 1 walk to the beach. price was the best in town and friendly staff. lift to room for a heavy bag. No complaints at all. free wifi. Fridge inc.

The room view wasn't the best but who spend the day in the room.

We were actually upgraded and stayed at the Crest instead of Como Budget Accommodation. Really lovely ! Highly recommend. Easy walk down to the Palais Theatre, restaurants etc.

Nothing, great place to stay.

Location was great just up from St. Kilda shops and cafes, staff were very helpful and friendly

Bed was made up of 2 single beds that kept separating, the room was a bit musty and dusty but overall good value for money!

Staff were so friendly, room was warm clean and comfortable It had good curtains so we could sleep in through properly which was amazing Hester worked well shower nice and hot The Cafe downstairs had nice coffee and bakery goods
