Last minute quick booking. Phone communication and assisted getting the key even after hours
Couldn't turn the TV on to watch TV or movies remote control and buttons on the TV to switch on manually didn't work either. Red light indicator showed these was power but just wouldn't turn on... mattresses weren't comfy as I'd hoped no extra pillows. curtains didn't full block out sunlight. Internet wasn't working even when connected to wifi which was a shame

Facility is great for FIFO workers as the laundry and taxi for transport is always available when arranged. Staff there at the time was very helpful weven at the last minutes due to problems faced by the cyclone.

Basic motel style, and looked outside little bit rugged, but inside the room is very clean, I think it’s very new. Everything works and even the bathroom is modern and new.
If you are there because short stop and by car, this is very good option! But this is not the place for longer hotel vacation, because the location is not for that. Room itself could be good for that as well.

The location is great. Our room was super clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly.
The bed was very firm - although this is a personal choice. There was only one plastic chair in the room to sit on. The grounds need attention. With some tidying up required outside. Lighting was very dim.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Flexible with late check-in and didn't have to wait too long when I called them after hour. The room is clean and comfy. Good location. Will stay with them again when I go to Townsville in the future.
