Location is good, just a short walk along the seafront to the centre of town.

We paid for the room through Booking.com and were told we would be sent a PIN to access our room key. We stated our arrival time as between 1400 and 1500. When we arrived at 1400 there was nobody in the office despite a sign on the door that the office was manned from 1400 onwards. We went away and had lunch and returned just after 1500 with still nobody in attendance. We called the number on the door and were told that they were actually in the office, but at another location?? When we asked for the PIN , we were told we had to pay another $150 security deposit, which would be refunded to our card within two or three days. We approved the extra charge and the refund has taken three days to be refunded.

This is a self service property. Tap in your PIN code and your room card key pops out. Reasonable sized room and spacious shower. Room very clean and decor in excellent condition. Super thick mattress topper on the bed means bed height might not suit short persons but bed is supremely comfortable.

Property details state on-site laundry facility. This is not correct as it was under construction during our stay. Not really a deal breaker as there are 3 self service laundromats just down the road in centre of Ulladulla.

Great location to the walks around the harbour area. Huge tv and had access to Netflix, good internet,

We didn’t see any staff….. check in and out done via a box. The check info to access the code to get the room key from a locked box was sent through via an sms at 2:08pm. It is a very small room and spending more than 2 days would make you stir crazy. Tiny bathroom and the wash basin was in the kitchenette/ bedroom area.

My unit was so cute, clean and comfortable. The decor was so beautiful. There were plenty of pillows on the bed and such a thoughtful touch with the door sausage left on outside of door to keep the draft out when I arrived. There were also those little extras like yummy biscuits and a good quality dishwashing liquid to clean dishes.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the unit. Would definitely stay again.

The room was a good size, clean beddings and towels. Roomy bathroom/shower, only a bit strange that the bathroom sink and kitchen sink are one and located in the bedroom.

Noisy! It's right on the main road and you hear the cars and trucks rumbling down the street. We didn't see that on the reviews.

I loved the location, the setting as well as the comfort of the room. the size of the TV was wonderful and everything about the room was just want we wanted! would definitely stay at this motel again!

the few issues we ran into were, when using the air conditioner after a while it would start to drip large amounts of water which was strange, even after I cleaned it up more water would come rushing out causing a leak. another small issue was parking, if the motel was booked out, there was no parking for every resident so we had to park on the side of the road a few nights. other then that it was lovely.

Upon driving in, the entire premises looked very tidy and well maintained . By my own fault , I had entered the room upon first inspection , and had placed my NFC entrance card on the kitchen bench and as I had come out to go to the car to grab my things , the door very slowly had locked the door . This was obviously not good due to it being contact less check in via digital machine. Thankfully when I had pressed the service button, a lady who was inside the office had kindly understood the situation, and had given me another number to enter into the check in machine so that we could obtain another nfc card to re enter our room . The room appeared to be extremely well kept be clean on all surfaces including bench tops , windows and mirrors. The TV was absolutely massive (55 or 60 inch ) and had made the stay much better due to not having many other things to do for the night. Bathroom was absolutely superb due to the double length shower with quality glass doors and all tiles and bathroom amenities were all clean. The bed soft , but just the right amount of soft and the bedding was beautifully made and fresh . Had a really great nights sleep on the bed provided for us. The motels location was great for us because we had gone to get dinner for the evening which was only about a km down the road , and then we decided to go to Mollymook Beach to ear our delicious pizza from Tony's on the sand :) Had a really great stay all around and would absolutely return again in the near future if accommodation is required. :)

A great stay and value for money, modern room and bathroom. Clean and aesthetically pleasing. Hot rain shower and the TV is MASSIVE, almost takes a whole wall. Soft bed with lots of pillows. Really warm, but lots of options to cool down (fan and AC), the self serve check in was easy and efficient. A really nice walk to good eateries and the view along the walk is lovely. I would stay again

The only drawback is watch the small step into the bathroom, i broke my toe in the middle of the night when i accidentally kicked it.

We did not arrive till 19:00 and therefore did not see any staff. However, I thought the message in the room about additional costs should "instructions" not be followed to the letter and extra charge for staff attendance if "called out" after 20:30 was a little frank and threatening....certainly NOT welcoming. Perhaps the owners should give some credit to their customers, the great majority of whom I am sure [like us] leave their rooms clean and tidy!! Having said that, the room was very clean and fresh, and the bed was very comfy.

Good location. Was clean room. Enough to satisfy needs for passing through.

Room is definitely on the smaller size. Bed was really quite high off the ground & squishy, felt like I was going to fall off. Was comfortable though. Entire check in process is electronic with a key drop.
