Great facilities such as complimentary use of stand up paddle boards and kayaks, bicycles, tennis courts, indoor swimming pool, playground, bbq and picnic area and right next to the lake making it easy to fish and even catch prawns at night. Netflix and foxtel also available. Also quite close to town just a few mins drive away which had a local Spar supermarket and some cafes and fish and chip shops as well as a local cinema. The managers, Andrew and Renee were also super helpful throughout the week! Also very close to Berrama and Cudmirrah beaches or you can take a 30 min drive to beautiful Jervis Bay.

It got a little noisy at night, especially as we had the cabin next to the bbq area, but it was normally quiet by 11pm. Phone coverage also quite poor.

The location was central to everything at Sussex Inlet. We were able to walk to the RSL Club for Dinner along the water via a path and in the evening enjoyed seeing many Kangaroos and water life along the way. Andrew was super friendly and helpful and the indoor pool facility was excellent! The water was crystal clear and the temperature was divine. Next time we may even venture to play some tennis or go for a Kayak.

My only criticism was the bedroom in our cabin didn't have air conditioning and the outside light was shinning through the bedroom door, but I shut the bi-fold doors and it blocked out most of the light.

We absolutely love this place. So big and the view so relaxing. The pool was great too. We had such a good time . The apartment was all clean and the bed super comfy and last but not least The staff Andrew was super friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay ! Thanks so much

The staff was super helpful ,friendly and patient. The property is located on a beautiful spot near the water and close to shops. Plenty of room for kids to run around. The heated swimming pool was really awesome.

The Suana was temporarily out of order. It would have been perfect with the heated pool.

The hosts were extremely friendly, happy & helpful. The amenities were great, the cabins were clean, in good condition & the property was spacious, on the water & lots of wildlife.

No fans or aircon in the bedrooms (only in the living area) so a bit hot and uncomfortable. Lounge really uncomfortable.

The property is located in the middle of the beautiful and quaint town of Sussex Inlet. The waterfront rooms provide a beautiful view. The staff was very cheerful and friendly. They provide bikes and paddle boats free of cost which makes the stay even more enjoyable.

Very friendly staff. We felt really welcomed. The place has something for everyone, kids have open space and play area, adults have tennis and pool, kayak and canoe, cycling etc. We had a nice relaxing weekend with kids playing right in front of you.

Reception is bad, and WiFi was flaky, otherwise place is really good

My son took his son and 3 friends for his bday They all had such a great time So much for them to do there They are going to plan another trip for longer as didnt have time to fit it all in The room was large Very clean Everything you need

the location of park is perfect for families with kids. Safe and quiet. The manager Andrew and Reena were very friendly and helpful!

Wifi / 4G connection is poor, but owner promised will improve in early next year.

Andrew was very helpful and the place offers a variety of activities. We were there for a small period to visit the area, but we would like to have stayed longer giving the amount of beautiful places nearby and the facilities.
