Carpet condition, no batteries in TV remote, noisy aircon

Fabulous location, all you need close by. Beach metres away by foot or use your car on your preferences, Plenty of places to eat out or eat in. MIcrowave, toaster, plates and utensils. Very Clean. First rate friendly service and location. I re-booked for Christmas as a VIP straight after checking out!

A kitchen sink would be ideal, but bath sink still worked in the motel room.

Very convenient for us. Near the beach and several other attractions which we like. Very efficient and friendly management. Rooms were of a good size and comfortable.

This is an old motel, and some refurbishment would be appropriate. This is actually promised on a notice in the room. But everything worked well and the room was clean and pleasant.

The owners of this property could not have been more welcoming. They are absolutely gorgeous people. We stayed in the newly renovated 3 bdrm residence. It was stunning inside, 2 bathrooms, 2 loungerooms, a kitchen downstairs and a kitchenette upstairs. Washing machine and dryer in the laundry. The front top verandah was heavily to sit out on. You get the full view of the street, the reserve across the road, and you can hear the ocean. We just cannot thank the owners enough, we absolutely loved every minute of being there, and will most definitely be returning. Very highly recommended staying in that residence. Trisha

Convenient location for the beach, restaurants and cafes, and the nearby large shopping centre. Close to the Coffs Harbour Airport so not too costly a fare for a taxi.

Just needed a light in the microwave and electric jug area as it was not really bright enough in the evening.

Great location, kind staff. Literally 30 sec from the beach. Room was basic but had everything we needed (even washing up detergent etc, useful when travelling with kids!). Aircon wasn't amazing but otherwise room was comfortable and the pool was good. Easy to get to nearby pub and cafes etc. Would stay again. :)

Aircon a bit weak but not really an issue.

well i arrived a day early , and the owner / manager sorted it out very quickly , so no drama there , the location is very good the Bowls club and surf club are a stones throw so easy options for dinner . its a bit dated like me but i would recommend this place .

not much to be unhappy about.

it was one of the best motels we have stayed so far… the manager lady and her husband were so nice with us .. when we go there.. we requested if they can put us in a bigger room and give us an extra mattress for the little one.. the lady was so kind to put us in a bigger room with an extra bed.. our stay was super comfy and it was a perfect location.. right in front of the beach and very close to all the amenities…

it is a very good location close to Coffs Harbour Marina area and also the owners are very lovely

nothing really, just the light in my room wasn’t working but when I told the owners about this in the morning they were very apologetic and they also offered me a lift to Coffs Harbour train station to continue my journey.

Good up-grade of rooms since I last stayed.

Being pedantic - no soap holder in up graded shower. Parking - no doubt aome rooms had more than one car, so the car space promised finished out on the road. Could you make a rule that off street parking was one car per unit?
