Staff very friendly and helpful both on reception and room cleaners. In a quiet position in Ushuaia, previously in the town on main thorough fair, which was very noisy. Enjoyed sitting out under the trees, outside room and watching the birds. Excellent to have coffee and tea making facilities in room which we did not have in previous hotel. Uphill walk from town but keeps you fit.

The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The Rooms in the patio are cozy and charming and we appreciated the overall family feeling of the place.
The rooms, especially in the main building, are quite tired and would need some renovation. We were unlucky with our toilet which was malfunctioning and forced us to change room, however the staff was prompt and tried their best to solve the issues. It was high season so we surely overpaid the value of the facilities, yet for the price we would have expected a bit better quality of the whole hotel.

Lovely little place, comfortable, quiet and calm, and the staff was quite nice
We only had 1 issue, and it is really the only negative thing I have to point out. Everything else was great. On our second night, there must have been an issue with the heating because our room was really really warm… burning warm. We asked to put it down but it did not happen (reason why I assume something was not working well), because we were having trouble sleeping with how warm it was
