Up Recoleta Hotel

Rooms were clean and tidy with everything you could need. Staff were SUPER helpful and friendly. Great location - walked to many museums and parks nearby.

Would have loved to have a breakfast option at the hotel itself - but you get a good discount at the coffee shop just across the road, which was my go-to breakfast spot!

This is a budget hotel, and offers good value for money. The location is great , with some excellent restaurants nearby including Sintesas Tapas Asiaticas (across the road) which offers Asian food, a nice change for travellers. Recoleta is a good location to visit some of Buenos Aires tourist attractions. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but the nearby restaurants make up for that. Staff af very attentive, friendly and helpful.Our bed was reasonable, the shower good (but small).

Our room had a window opening onto an uninspiring light well. This didn’t really matter to much though. Our air conditioner was a bit noisy, but ok.

Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are small and there is no breakfast on site. The latter is fine because you can walk and get breakfast 2 blocks away. It’s a place to leave your belongings and walk the city that has so much to offer. Bed was comfy. Bed comforter needs upgrade. I’ll go back again.

Can’t hang out in room, too confining. Not a problem if you’re out and about

Everything, the hotel staff greeted us wonderfully, they treated us with patience and care, and were always happy to help us with any request that we could have, even after checking out.

The only thing that we disliked, is that we didn't stay longer. Because we know it would have been amazing if we had the chance. We hope we'll be able to go back soon.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff exceeded anything we have found in far more expensive and exclusive hotels. Luis and Will both had very good English skills which made life much easier! They always had very helpful suggestions and were full of advice on restaurants, bus routes and walking ways. they even gave us a Sube card to use. When we needed luggage labels or Antigen test results printed there was no issue. They even went to great lengths to find a lab who would oversee the test. Finally their help with blue dollars saved us so much money!

the rooms are definitely small but that is a minor issue compared to the benefits. the location is excellent - easy to reach buses, Sube and sights like Recoltta Cemetary within walking distance.

The staff and the location were both highlights! The staff were very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed, and the location was great - close to many good cafes and restaurants and easy to explore the city from. The room was basic, but great value for money with everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the shower was nice!

At our second time staying here on our trip, there were a couple things broken in the bathoom - the toilet kept running and the shower head had come detached. However the staff were very helpful and promptly tried to resolve the issues and offered to move us rooms if they could not fix the problems.

Great location in Recoleta with a 3 restaurants in front of it, 1 mini market, starbucks, and a pharmacy. You will need to take uber/transportation to go to Caminito, Puerto Madero, and Palermo but it’s very very cheap. We also loved that the elevator is the older style where you have to close both doors.

This is just a “it would be great to have”. We already knew the room didn’t have a fridge but it would be awesome in the future if they add it. My fiancé felt sick one of the days and we couldn’t store water and fruits for her there. Other than that, great hotel!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right across the street from amazing and highly rated restaurants where the locals would eat, extremely safe and clean area to explore. Easy access to a lot of tourist attractions such as the famous Recoleta Cemetry and museums. Roads here are wide and well maintained, I did not have issue waiting in traffic for any of my cab rides. Staffs at the reception were amazingly friendly and helpful. I would come back to stay here again next time!

Absolutely nothing, this is going to be my go-to hotel next time I'm back!

although you don’t have breakfast you can drink coffee for free 24hs and you have a 10% discount in a restaurant in front of the hotel. I loved the experience

Small hotel and in a friendly nice area and 8 min taxi to Palermo or 30 min walk. Lots of parks nearby. Small rooms but very cosy and comfortable. Our friends who stayed in various Palermo places were envious of location and peace.

Sometimes a bit of noise from the restaurant opposite if in front facing rooms but just people talking and closed early enough to not warrant putting one off.
