Viet Long Hoi An Beach Hotel

The hotel is in a fabulous location, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and even less to a good choice of restraunts. The room was a great size, lovely and bright with a seaview balcony. The bathroom is a good size. The room was, spotless, cleaned very day with fresh towels. The breakfast was nice and made to order from a list of 4 choices.. We hired the bikes 1 day, only 50k per bike. The staff are very helpful, especially Adam who was always cheerful and friendly 😊 we would definitely stay here again!

A small thing that would be useful is hooks or a rail to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom. A mirror in the bedroom would be useful too.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful, both Mr Son and Adam made our stay very comfortable. They also spoke very good English and the communication prior, during and after was excellent. The rooms were very clean, plenty of hot water and great shower/water pressure Good WiFi and close to restaurants, shops and the beach. We spent x 8 nights at the hotel and can recommend the family owned Chien restaurant some 50 metres out of the hotel to the left, the food was all fresh and cooked to order.....so good !!.....bikes were also available from the hotel... great for getting around and both into An Bang and Hoi An centre.

Breakfast wasn't included but was available as an extra but there were plenty of places to eat.. locally.

This superb hotel has all you need for a beach stay. I spent three nights as i wanted to be on beach. Right across the road is the beach, with restaurants and parasols. Just buy a drink. No charge for sitting. Also directly across from hotel a fabulous bar restaurant with pool umbrella and sun loungers. I used this in after as it got windy on beach. The hotel service was fantastic. Adam at reception did everything to make my stay perfect. Upgraded my room to balcony with sea view. I was able to order take away food one pm as the rain was very heavy.

If you want hussle of city, book in Hoi An. I was seeking peace and quiet and found it in this hotel. It's about 5km. But easy to get Grab bike or taxi. Few euro.

facilities - had laundry option, breakfast, pool, refillable water station through a water filter location - very close to the beach staff - very active staff and good support 24/7. good communication. staff contacted us before our stay to confirm check in, provide recommendations, and book us an airport taxi from the airport

on booking.com, the hotel advertises “free use of bicycles” , however we were asked to pay 50k for use of a bicycle in the day (this hasn’t been updated properly on the site) bathroom was a little smelly, and it seemed that cleaning behind the sink was missed a few times so this contributed to the smell. the drains in the toilet also smelled. the sink would also turn on too powerfully and make everything wet. the elevator also needs some cleaning.

Really nice staff at reception. Son and Adam were so helpful and sweet. Rooms were great, bathrooms were nice, free towels to take to the beach/ pool everyday. Great breakfast. Good location close to beach and cycling distance to town.

A shame the cleaning is not fantastic. It is a really nice hotel which deserves a bit more dedication in cleaning rooms and common areas. But apart from that a fantastic nice place and great value for money.

Good space in rooms, very powerful showers and daily cleaning in rooms. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Very good location, close to beach and decent places to eat. We stayed with our toddler and it worked well in the triple room. Really liked that they Whatsapp you ahead of your booking to confirm check in and check out times, and you can communicate with them on there easily. It's simple and basic, but has all you need really. They even provide pool towels which you can bring to the beach with you. Easy to get to Hoi An town by taxi, or you could rent their bikes or motorcycles. A great bargain option in our opinion.

There's a bit of construction going on in the vicinity (in time there will be more hotels) so you can't cross directly to the beach without crossing through a building site, but turn right out of the hotel and walk 5 mins down the road and that also leads to the Cua Dai Beach which is lovely. The breakfast is simple and made next door. There could be a couple more options for those staying more than 2 or 3 nights though.

- Very friendly and professional staff. Especially Adam did such an outstandingly great job, as he knew anything and everything about Hội An and what to do and where to go. He even helped us book a cheap flight from Đà nẵng to Saigon. - Clean, affordable rooms close to the beach - Free usage of bicycles to get to the city (approx. 15-20 minutes ride)

- If anything at all, the number of bikes should be higher

An amazing hotel with fantastic facilities and even better staff. A big thank you to all the cleaners for their hard work and humour, and especially to the reception staff - Hung, Lily and Son. Hung is a great man! very humourous and friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile for you. Lily is an incredible woman! Graceful, friendly, hard working and I truly believe her smile could stop wars. And finally, I wanna give a special mention to Son. It was such a pleasure to see this young man working so hard day and night. If he continues with this attitude and commitment to his job, then I can guarantee he will have an extremely bright future, and will achieve anything and everything he sets out to do. Thank you very much guys! I had a great time

The value of this place was incredible! I booked it based on other reviews and ratings and usually never write reviews-- but it was so on point that I wanted to let others know about it too! The staff was super helpful via WhatsApp -- 24 hours a day before I even arrived. They helped me with a ride from the airport to the hotel, gave me recommendations for where to go (and not go) and were incredibly kind, friendly and outgoing. Adam at the front desk was superb!! The breakfast was simple and delicious and affordable... and it's a walk from the beach areas-- while also easy to get to the touristy scene. I liked that it was quiet and not crowded so I could get proper rest before exploring beaches, the old town, Ba Na Hills and more! Loved it!

The breakfast was very good and was inexpensive. I loved having a balcony where I could hear the sound of the sea which is close by. The staff were all amazing and very friendly. Tom especially on reception was so helpful and very friendly. The hotel is approx 4.5km from the old town which is so beautiful at night when it is lit up with lanterns, definitely worth a visit.

There was nothing I didn’t like.
