Roseland Centa Hotel & Spa

It was a very comfortable stay when I used it on the first day of this trip, so I made a reservation again. Even during my stay this time, staffs were friendly, the room was clean, and the food was still delicious (my partner liked "pho" for breakfast here. He said it was easy to eat and delicious.) In the end, I understood. I believe that the reason why we were able to have a good start and ending for this trip was because we chose this hotel. Traveling to a new country sometimes makes me nervous. But what if there were comfortable beds? What if there were delicious meals ? What if there were kind staffs? Especially for this stay, We are very grateful to Mr. PHI LONG. He made our stay comfortable. Thank you very much, PHI LONG-san. Lastly, this hotel has a good vibe or atmosphere. I think it consists of cleanliness, the delicious mal and the working attitude of each employee, and so on. I believe that this comfortable service with a sense of unity were made possible because the management layer, including General Manager Mr. PHI LONG, is functioning properly and is well organized. In this trip in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, I was touched by the warm heart of Vietnam, which is similar to the spirit of Japanese hospitality. Thank you again for all guys.

The position of the Hotel is excellent for those who want to be near the center of the action but want a room that is quiet and clean. All appliances worked. Breakfast was good and Staff were very helpful. I wanted to stay an extra night and paid for a standard through Booking.com But Simon at the front desk very helpfully upgraded me to superior room for no extra cost. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Breakfast is great with many different choices for me，I really like it --The staff in the entire hotel are well trained， they are really friendly and ready to offer help at all time . Van reception help me check in early after long flight. --the location is at the centre and it is easy and Accessible for restaurant and city tourism.

I definitely will recommend this hotel to my friends that are going to visit Ho Chi Min city. At first this is the great location, for 5-10 minutes of walking it's possible to get all main tourist points. The room was clean and silent, with a fancy bathroom and a really tasty breakfast. Especially thankfulness for Simon and Light for their kindness and for our comfortable accommodation.

Ngo Phi Long, Nguyen.Mr - the General Manager of the hotel was incredibly helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to help us with travel logistics, tour bookings and generally making our stay fabulous, he is a true asset to the hotel. His team of staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Thoroughly recommend.

The cleaning is very clean, the space is comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, the location is convenient, the service is friendly, it is very suitable for business and tourism, the management staff Lona is very good, and the staff in the entire hotel are well-trained!

The location is at the centre area and it is easy and accessible for all nice food and city tourism arrangement. The staff are really friendly and ready to offer help at all times.

The ventilation needs to improve for more fresh air into the rooms.

Staff could have show me the room when i checked in. And when I go to the pool didnt get offer to turn on the jaccuzi. Otherwise was good

Breakfast was reasonable, and served at a very convenient time (a.m. early to late) There was a reasonable choice, perhaps more suited to an Asian taste. Personally, I enjoyed the local choice. All of the staff were very kind, courteous, professional and helpful in every way. I happened to need their help and this way key for my happy stay.

My only contention was that the rooms were perhaps smaller than I expected. However, the room was clean and comfortable. The other facilities such as the jacuzzi pool were average.
