Citadines Regency Saigon

I like this hotel and stayed few times. Pool on the roof, basic but good for chill out. Liked gym very much. Rooms are ok although not all are same and you can get better one sometime. Location that I like - allowing to chill out.

Terrible bath tube and shower designed in such way that you always flood bathroom with water. You need one towel only to manage that otherwise slippery. Chinese breakfast - same noodles every day. Some of other meals were really terrible - fat and no taste - but some were Ok. You will need more time, as waiting for scrambled eggs is 10-15 min process. Coffee is bad unless you make it yourself near the reception and then is very good espresso or latte to start day...

Breakfast is great with lots of option from American breakfast to Vietnamese food. Spacious room with fully equipped mini kitchen. Quiet neighborhood, rooftop pool is big. Laundromat in the building even though we didn’t get the room with washing machine. Bidet is a bonus. Feels of a 5 star hotel, blackout curtains is appreciated. Front desk people speak English very well.

Key card is only working on our floors and stressful to come into the floors of our family. We booked 3 rooms with different floors. Coming for breakfast after 9am and they don’t refill anymore so better come early. The staff could have been friendlier, no greetings when you walk pass at them.

Great, spacious room, loved the shower. Felt like I was living in an apartment. Location was very good with either a short, reasonable length walk or short Grab ride away. Clean rooms with mainly friendly staff. Gave us an extra hour to check out without question.

Not really much. The noise of the traffic but that wasn't the hotel's fault, rather the way people drive in Vietnam with the horns continuously beeping. Breakfast selection was a little small but again that's nit picking a little. Space left for the bed was a little tight meaning there was no room on the sides so had to climb out the bottom of the bed.

Really nice staff, they were really professional and quick in dealing with any requests I had. The hotel was also very convenient for me location-wise, with anything I needed closeby. Nice neighbourhood. Liked it so much that I returned multiple times during my trip. I also liked the gym which had all I needed for my workouts.

Nothing to complain. Only thing I would have liked would be a stove or something to cook on, this would make the rooms even better.

This hotel is superb. The location is great, the staff are kind and helpful and friendly. The rooms are really high quality, clean and pleasant. The rooftop pool is an added bonus. It's nice to stay in area that is close to so many good things but feels slightly less touristy. The bed was comfortable. And the room layout was very good. We loved this hotel and couldn't recommend it enough.

The hotel is very close to district 1 and there are many cafe around the hotel. There is also a supermarket within 10mins walk from the hotel. The staff is really nice especially the security guard in the morning. He always greets with smile and help us to look for our grab car. The room is new and clean.

The design of the bathtub. Water will leak out when using shower and make the toilet wet.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms have a good size and great equipment (ironing board, laundry basket and enough storage space). The laundry room was very practical for our longer stay. The gym was also very well equipped, large and well maintained.

There was a connecting door at my room and of course you could heard the neighbor through two. The breakfast selection was limited and ok.

Very clean, nice rooms, comfortable beds. Nice rooftop pool! Enough choice for breakfast too. Good to be able to do your own laundry too!

Not enough sun beds by the pool (only 2!) there’s space for more. We understood we were in District 1, but I’d say you’re actually district 3. We didn’t mind the walk to busier areas and it was always safe there and back so not a problem.

Location

The breakfast was not at international level, just scarce and really Vietnamese oriented. Far better option go to any coffee situated around the hotel. there are plenty and very nice.

The breakfast was nice. I liked how they varied it a little each day. My room was great! I loved how clean it was and I loved the facilities like the gym and roof top pool. Gym is small but you can get a good workout in. Then after you can take a shower next door where the pool is to freshen up and then take a dip in the pool.
