S Central Hotel and Spa

The hotel is very well located to explore the center. We had an upgrade to a beautiful room with a view of the cathedral and the city rooftop landscape. The breakfast is good and has many options available. The staff is kind and supportive, they gave us a lot of information on the area and helped us booking a late taxi to the airport. Anna and Harry even let us take a quick shower before heading to the airport and kept our luggage during our last day in Hanói after checking out.

I’ve enjoyed my stay at S Central Hotel and Spa. hotel manager harry was very accommodating and warm same as other staff members. The facility is also great, location is near from the cathedral, night market etc. walking distance. I will surely come back here whenever I’m visiting hanoi and will recommend S Central Hotel and Spa to my relatives and friends. I’ll look forward to see harry and the rest of the team within this year!

Staff was amazing! Specially Tom! Huge Kudos to him. Room was amazing; Huge, clean and confortable. Breakfast is like a dream! Buffet time! It was a pleasure to awake up and wait for it.

The only not that I can point out was the hot water. Most of the time the hot water was only available for 1minute. After that the temperature dropped and we would have to take a not-cold but not-hot bath. I think it needs to be fixed urgently.

No real choice if you are gluten intolerant, which is normal wherever you stay. However there was plenty of ‘free’ bananas about I coped well enough . My eat anything partner was very pleased

Only real negative is there are 4 hotels all very close that operate as one which is confusing when you first arrive

Great location, and our room was a very good size and had a lovely view of the Catholic Church. Staff were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager, Harry, helped us to book a trip to Halong Bay on a day cruise, which was a great trip, good value for money, and easy to book. Great buffet breakfast with a great selection of food available. Would definitely look to book here again if we were back in Hanoi

They were great, we arrived early after a night train, and they allowed us to check in early, which was really nice. The room where nice and quite spacious for Hanoi standard. The central location is really nice, but the hotel entrance is in a narrow quite dark alley, so don’t worry if you feel a bit lost trying to find it. The best place we have slept in Hanoi so far.

It was very clean, comfortable and had great air con and a smart TV. The room was a good size. The staff were very helpful with baggage and helped us organise taxis at a good price. Mr Tom and Mr Harry we’re especially great!

The shower room was clean but a bit basic. The breakfast was ok but there are lots of cafes nearby

The images of the property are different from the actual room that we were given. The hotel has 2/3 buildings and each one is different. we stayed only for a night but the room was a little small and located in another building. Breakfast area is a little cramped up but the food selection was very good.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the facilities were very nice and clean and in a very convenient location. The hotel is very close to st Joseph's cathedral and not too far from the lake. We had a massage and facial at the hotel too which was excellent and a very reasonable price. We would love to come and stay again.

Location perfect for sightseeing. Staff amazing Mr Harry and Mr Tom and Miss Rose and all the staff very attentive and polite. This hotel is must for anyone visiting Hanoi. Book you taxis to and from the airport directly with the hotel also any tours. Great prices.
