The friendly & helpful staffs. Especially to Ms Molly, who helps on the quick morning checkout & taxi arrangements. Khue restaurant & cafe food serving is healthy good including their breakfast. Bed is comfy soft & bathtub is hugh. The concierge quick helps to pick-up & gave me my dropout card wallet. Very very thankful for him.

Internet accessibility is not ok on Laptop.Mobile is ok with the wifi. TV has no signal. Power point for charging is intermittently not working. Some traffic horns but still acceptable. Door lock is missing a screw & not properly fix. Bedsheet has moulds. Ceiling of the toilet bath may not be good height for taller person/1.7mtr….

The hotel itself is ideal if you want something comfortable with good amenities. It's slightly out of the old town, which may be good or bad depending on what you want, but it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of the old town. The staff were very helpful and attentive, they could provide good local information when they were asked as well which was a nice extra. The room was lovely, as it was large, clean and unique in its design from other places we have stayed, which is refreshing. The bed was comfy, the bathroom had everything we needed and the room was well supplied with useful things (a sowing kit, cotton buds, bottled water, face towels, all weren't expected but were most welcome!). At one point we had a small issue with something breaking, but it was fixed immediately and with no stress or worry for us whilst we explored Hanoi. Hanoi is a loud city, and it can't be expected to be completely silent in the rooms, but we felt it was off the main roads and was set back from street itself in such a way that at least the noise of cars and horns was reduced substantially.

The food in the restaurant could be labelled more clearly (allergens, vegetarian/vegan).

It is quite rare to find a place which can accommodate our family of 5 in the same room / connecting rooms and Le Jardin could offered us that. We were impressed as the hotel looks like the advertising pictures (for once!) and is such well-maintained. It is a very cute place (very Instagrammable :D ) which offers anything you need. We loved the vibe, the rooms (comfy and big), the restaurant didn't disappoint either, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Location is very good close to many restaurants, bars, shops yet the hotel managed to remain quiet. Breakfast is also not to be missed. We had a wonderful time at Le Jardin and will definitely come back.

The hotel is super nice, great rooms, good breakfast, very friendly and supportive stuff. Häze was amazing. He helped us with a lot of tips. Also Lily and Perry were super sweet. We enjoyed our stay. The spa was under maintenance which was a bit sad, but they cooperated with a spa around the corner so we could still enjoy some spa treatments. The gym in the hotel across that you can use is great! Overall a very nice stay in a loud city.

The Spa was unavailable when we travelled there.

Breakfast was very very crowded with many tourists groups. The shower has built in windows so neighbors can view inside the bathroom, not a problem itself as you can close the curtains inside the shower, but it's a bit weird

I booked in as I had been hiking in Sapa and I was very exhausted and wanted somewhere nice to rest. I was so impressed by the size and fittings of the room it was so lovely and cool and fresh. I became unwell while in Hoi An and I was so glad to be staying here because Valarie helped me to see a doctor and I was also able to order some simple food from room service. Thank you for taking care of me!

The location of the hotel is very good. All staff we came in contact with spoke and understood English and were all eager to help/answer any queries about services and city tours. The breakfast buffet was really elaborate. My friend is Vegetarian, ample options were available for her. Everything was delicious. Lovely vibe. Very good service. Clean and modern hotel.

Nice location, access to facilities of sister hotel next door. Staff was very attentive and service minded. Especially Valerie which suggested a great place to get Bun Cha.

Just beware that photos are overselling the rooms a bit.

Wonderful hotel! Very detail from the lobby to the room ! Luxury vanity! The welcome drink is amazing Special! Every thing is super clean ! Highly recommend for everyone! I will come back for sure. Most of all, Mrs. Salem Xinh Xinh at the reception was best. She knew how to communicate with a customer and kindly lemme know when is good to leave to the airport.

Extremely comfortable room, and spacious even though it was the “cozy” option. Luxurious bathroom. Great breakfast! The staff was impeccable - so helpful and kind.

Very minor stuff. The TV didn’t seem to get any channels - just streaming services. Some noise from the street but not too bad.
