The young woman working the front desk when we arrived on Saturday evening (8/12) was so kind and pleasant. She greeted me with a warm smile and asked questions about my day and travels. The interaction felt very genuine and refreshing. The hotel was clean and quiet. The outside was very well-lit. We also LOVE that the pet fee is $25. We have stayed at hotels in other cities where the pet fee is $75 because we can't find other options, and that is crazy. Especially for our dog is very well-mannered and doesn't shed. AND we are typically showing up late and leaving early in the morning. Many times we end up trying to sneak our dog in because the fee is so outrageous. So, THANK YOU for making the pet fee realistic and affordable. The people cleaning our room probably didn't even know our dog was there :)

The bed was not very comfortable, but that is to be expected for the price. So, I am not really complaining about that. Also, the scent in the hotel and the room felt chemically. As someone who doesn't wear colognes or strong-smelling chemicals like that, I understand that I am a little more sensitive to those smells. I imagine that most people probably don't notice it. I have just noticed that it is kind of a thing in hotels with lower rates than the expensive ones.

We arrived about 10 pm and the motel clerk had our reservation, paperwork and "keys" all ready to go so check in was quick and easy! The room was fine, older with well-loved furnishings, but very clean. The bed was softer than I like, but that's just me, I still slept and the room was very quiet even though the motel was full. Breakfast was the typical continental style with cold cereal, breads, juice and coffee - nothing fancy, but it's a nice bonus at this price point. Very easy to find off of I-80, affordable, and clean - great place to stop for a rest when traveling across country.

At this price point, it was extremely clean, and a great place to stop for a short night while traveling cross country. We had no complaints.

It’s immaculately clean, the staff are professional, it offers excellent coffee 24/7 and it is cheaper than the “name brand” hotels all around it. You also get free breakfast, a great shower and a pool! It was very quiet, despite being booked to capacity. I especially enjoy the little hometown touches, which set it apart from all the big chain hotels. You can tell it’s an older hotel, but the owners and staff have a lot of pride in how it’s maintained and run.

it’s next to a really rundown abandoned gas station. Breakfast could use more protein options. There was some sloppy painting in our room (Room 203) and an old light fixture opening covered haphazardly with an outlet cover. Art is dated. Overall, however, these are very minor gripes and it didn’t really affect the enjoyment of our stay here at all!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. The beds were a little harder than I'm used to but I still slept good. Softer pillows would have been nice but again I slept good. Breakfast was average. Waffles, cereal, toast, muffins, bagels, yogurt, and juice. Nothing fancy but for the price we paid I'm not complaining and hit the road with a full belly! Location was good. I didn't hear any noise from traffic or trains and it seemed like a safe area. Restaurants were within minutes and lots of shops as well. I would stay again if stopping through.

Pillows weren't as good as I'd have liked and the bed was a little too firm.

One of the best rooms we've stayed in anywhere near this price. The room was very clean. Even the carpet was cleaner than most places. Plenty of towels and pillows. Comfortable enough beds. Ceiling fan. Exhaust fan in the bathroom. Had a good size desk. Friendly and helpful front desk. Breakfast was about average, included hot items.

Wish it had a second chair. Took a while to get the AC/Heat figured out. It was cold outside so we were using heat, and even set at 67 it was too hot. It was finally about right at 64-65, so I'm guessing it was 5-6 degrees off. There are a few places where the paint has discolored or cracked because the room is apparently older, but this wasn't an issue for us. Just mentioning it in case somebody cares about that kind of thing.

exceptional service, greeted by Katia and they accommodated my golden retriever (welcomed him like family), place looks new when you walk in, very home & modern as well as super clean which I didn’t expect for the price (much lower price compared to local chain hotels) it’s a great location on and off highway but quiet so you can get a great nights sleep. beds are comfortable and rooms spacious with microwave and fridge.

recommended to offer blowdryers and irons at time of check in since learned they are not in the room. I just assumed they didn’t have them and learned at check out we need to ask for them so suggesting at check in to review list with guest if needed or not.

Clean room, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Bathroom size was decent. Hot water came on pretty fast. Enough parking spots. Parking area on the back/side of the building was well lit especially by the hotel doors.

I could hear the next room bed creaking, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. There is no warm breakfast except for the waffle maker - we have been pre-informed about it in the booking email from the hotel, no surprise about it. We could fill our bellies with what was provided before our road trip.

Very clean property. Bed was comfortable. A.C. worked well. Breakfast was continental style, and included hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and a waffle maker. The lady who is in charge of the place works hard to provide good value, and for me, it shows. We stay quite often in Cheyenne and have stayed at many of the hotels located there. If you're looking for a decent budget hotel then this is the place for you. Nothing fancy, but very clean and priced right.

This place has probably been one of the best places I have ever stayed and that's saying something, because I have a very critical eye. It was so clean, so comforting, so cozy, the beds were perfect, not too soft or hard. I felt safe here in more ways than one, kind of like I was visiting a close relative and staying in their guest room. The attention to detail is what I loved the most. They even fold the facial tissue paper into a design! I mean, seriously, kudos to the housekeeping team. I don't think I've ever stepped foot into a more shiny, spot-free bathroom. It was beautiful. We stayed here twice in our travels, coming and going. I love that they offer pack-n-plays for small children! How thoughtful! I especially loved how the lighting in the room not only matched, but had a warm glowing hue instead of those blueish-white day light bulbs most places are putting in guest rooms nowadays.. If ever we travel out that way again, we will definitely be staying there again.

The rooms are a bit dated. They could use a freshen-up.

I'm a railfan, so being positioned right next to the tracks wasn't an issue for me. Easy access to I-25 and I-80 made for easy access getting in and out of town. The stairs are positioned in such a way that, arguably, it's easier to access the 2nd floor rooms than the 1st.

The adjacent tracks do have a high volume of trains, at least one or two per hour at all times of day. Mercifully, the nearby crossing has no train horn. Also, there is no elevator as far as I was able to uncover.
