SpringHill Suites Madison

Location, overall cleanliness and modern design was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Garage and parking was also great. Very pleasing stay.

The only big fault if any was the room design of where the bathroom door was located and how much light was able to bleed through the matted glass door. Very disruptive for other roommates when someone used the bathroom at night.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. The bed linens were awesome. I usually do not like Hotel pillows but your pillows are again awesome!!

I wish the rooms were $100.00 a night but that would not work!!

I loved the location and the total look and ambiance of this hotel. Parking is available on site and it’s in a covered garage. You can take the garage elevator straight up to your floor. There are plenty of eateries within 2 blocks of the hotel and Macy’s and Target are literally on each side of the property. The suites are sooo spacious and super clean. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and the view was amazing! Breakfast was available, and it was sausage and egg sandwiches, fruit, pastries etc; served by the staff and served ready-to-go. Seriously a great experience all around.

There is nothing to dislike. I would have liked to see body wash in the bathroom tho.

Great breakfast!

First, you sent us to a room that was occupied, suitcases and everything. Our key opened the door. Very shocking and scary if someone would have been in there!! Second, u called our room at 2:30 in the morning and told us that our pizza was here. We did not order pizza.

Great amenities and really awesome breakfast. Super clean, really nice staff and lovely decor.

cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in!! staff were very friendly and had no problem making my extra accommodations possible! love how private and secluded it felt! parking garage is a major plus!!

Reasonably new facility. I especially liked the work area snd the sofa. The bed was clean and comfortable.

The shower head was made for a 7 footer and the water pressure for the type of head made it tough to rinse off. The television was wall mounted and worked ok for both the sitting area and bed but not ideal for either.

Everything was wonderful. Everyone was wonderful. Dropping our Freshman off at college during a pandemic was no easy feat. SpringHill Suites Madison helped us have a little less stress in a stressful time. Clean, comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. All steps taken to keep staff and guests safe. The drive to campus was quick and simple. Great stores and food just a short walk. The college bound student came back a few times to take a nap in the comfy bed and cool room. This will be our go-to spot for the next four years. Thank you so much!!

The location was great and hotel was beautiful and so clean. The bar was a nice added touch and breakfast was good. The gym and pool were excellent too. Pool could maybe be a little warmer. Staff was so friendly!

It’s a nice hotel, but way overpriced. They charged me $250 for. MONDAY NIGHT in April. Will stay on Capitol Square next time for same price.
