Location is near a lot of shopping. Updated decor. Clean. Good breakfast options. I would stay here again. Friendly staff.

The run-down restaurant out front is a little off-putting. Parking was not clearly defined, but close nonetheless.

Breakfast, room, cleanliness, comfort

Noise outside from a poolside party. The party went on until 10 pm. We spoke with a lady at the front desk and she said she will sort it out but nothing was done and it went on until 10 pm. The hotels are meant to be relaxing ang restful. They should hold the party inside by the pool, not outside next to guest rooms. Some people want to go to bed early.

Inside the motel: Very clean rooms, hallways did not smell like cigarettes or marijuana, no spilled alcohol on the carpets, no vomiting smells on the carpets or hallways. Outside the motel No one was heavily smoking or simply hanging around, no one was making loud noises, talking loud, shouting, etc, ,

On Sunday morning (July 2nd noon) inform the Lady receptionist to have the room cleaned (bed sheet & towels supplies).We returned 10pm same day and discovered the bed was not done and most of the room was left as it was at noon. She did not follow up !!

Friendly staff, nice room furniture, nice big refrigerator, and microwave. I got a free upgrade to a bigger room. Nice and quiet so I could get my work done. The bed was superb, parking was free.

Covid caused the whole meal area to be shut down, so had to order out. There could have been more TV selections, and a much better remote; there was no guide on the remote so didn't know what was on and why. But I did enjoy HBO. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. Bigger pillows. The microwave was confusing to use, as most buttons didn't work.

That breakfast was so good, there were so many options! They had cereal, donuts, muffins, bagels, fresh eggs, corned beef hash, fruit, yogurt, juices, make your own waffles, and some bussin' diced potatoes that we absolutely loved. The breakfast staff was so kind and super helpful too! There's even a little coffee bar and hot chocolate Everything was really clean and it was a great deal. It was perfect for visiting our friend! It's also super close to Walmart and some other places like dave and busters and a trampoline park (:

One of the vending machines was out of water but it was fine we just went downstairs and used the other one (:

The breakfast had a large variety of food and was replenished regularly. Several staff were working in the breakfast area. Bed was comfy and clean. Office staff were very accommodating and friendly. Snack food was provided in Managers Reception at 5 p.m.

Room was a bit small with 2 queen beds, but we managed. Meatball appetizers we're only provided one of the days we were there for Managers Reception. Otherwise it was only chips with a couple toppings, popcorn and some alcoholic beverages.

Front desk staff was able to let us in a little earlier and very nice. The room was clean and really Iiked the extra amenity in the bathroom--the makeup remover. Everything was clean, I appreciated the microwave, refrigerator, class and cups. There was good water pressure and I appreciated the exhaust fan. Lots of channels and nothing to complain about. Great location too! Was excited about the manager's reception, but we missed it (had a wedding). Still, really like the idea of it. I would come back!

It was crowded. One woman was complaining so maybe have a side area/window for the loud people

My english is not so good - we make a Trip trough the USA for 6 Week - from Chicago about the Route 66 to Santa Monica - to San Francisco - Seattle . Yellostone Park - and about Milwaukee back to Chicago - and this Hotel AmerikInn in Madison was the best in this we stay . Clean, friendly, quiet, comfortable and the best breakfest ever. Thank you People

The room was great, clean, comfortable, with microwave, nice sized mini fridge, nice sofa, desk, ample lighting, nice shower, quiet. Great location, nice breakfast and even some nice evening popcorn, tortilla chips, beer and wine (though I don't drink, so coke would have been a nice alternative, maybe they will add that, but we brought our own), Staff was wonderful, courteous, helpful. They have luggage carts available if you need one.
