Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Wisconsin Dells

We had a puppy and I was very worried. The laminate floors were great as was access to the outside area. The staff was great!

They sent us to a back area to potty our puppy which was great but apparently no one picks up after their dog. We did have bags but there were no trash cans. Maybe a garbage can and bags so there’s no mess? The milk was sour at the breakfast and we wanted cereal. The food was poor. I’m not expecting much. We didn’t stick around to tell anyone because we had a five year old who wanted breakfast

very good food and presentation. scramble eggs were excellent. coffee hot but might be upgraded for a bigger flavor.

add bacon instead of hash. fix toaster which wasn't working. separate the eggs and bacon from the same area as the waffles.

The rooms we clean and spacious. I liked the layout of the king suite. Our kids could sleep in the sofa sleeper and the small wall helped block some of the light from our wall light and TV. The room didn’t have that damp feeling some hotels can have from the running AC. Breakfast was excellent. There was a great variety and plenty of food available.

The fridge in the room was pretty tiny. We kept a cooler, which normally we would put our ice packs on the freezer overnight, but this fridge didn’t have that capability. Thankfully it was a one night stay.

Room was very clean, and front desk staff super friendly and kind!!

Bed was a little uncomfortable, starting to be able to feel some springs… Bathrooms in the lobby area needed cleaning. The garbages were full at 9am…toilet wasn’t very clean-not the inside of the bowl but some person dirtied them.

Clean! While a bit on the pricey side, you definitely get what you pay for, a clean and practical hotel room. Staff was friendly and attentive to needs. This is the only hotel we will book for in Wisconsin Dells

No trash bags in room for trash bins

actually everything was good,the suit was comfortable and clean. the atmosphere of the hotel was really nice the staff are very friendly and the location is perfect it’s my third time in the hotel and I think it’s the best choice

just we asked to be little far away from the elevator but we couldn’t

I did not like the entrance to the hotel off the main road. Too narrow an entry, almost always had to run over the curb to enter or exit. It's actually DANGEROUS getting in and out of the property!

We liked the location, and the cleanliness of the room. The staff was kind and welcoming. We loved the layout of the rooms!

The only thing that could be improved is the light underneath the microwave shelf, were the coffee pot sits did not work. Either it didn't work or it was not very user-friendly.

The rooms are clean and beautiful. The staff is absolutely AMAZING!! Cleveland is who checks us in and was an absolute delight to talk with. I would come back here and time. Breakfast was wonderful as well.

The pool is so small however, we came for the water parks so weren’t too heartbroken.

The property was nice and clean and good location.

I liked the property. I have an issue with booking.com. I reserved 4 rooms 2 king suites and 2 queen rooms. When I checking they only had one king suite not two like I reserve. Very disappointing as we really didn’t have room for everyone
