RiverTree Inn & Suites

The staff at check in was very helpful and courteous. They clearly enjoyed having guests and it showed in their demeanor. We traveled there by motorcycles and the staff offered us good protected parking spaces for our bikes and even said we could use their hose and water bucket if we wanted to wash our bikes (this has NEVER happened before when traveling.) The room, clean and ready for us, with two double beds in the main room and a loft with a third bed was quiet and comfortable and perfect for the three of us guys to rest for the night. Although it seemed like the place was full, we did not hear any other guests through the night. The amenities like the Pool and Jacuzzi were spotlessly clean and refreshing after a day of hot weather riding from western WA. Breakfast had something for everybody and for us was good "road food." The morning staff restocked items as they diminished and no one went without. At checkout we requested the bill be divided into three equal parts and the very nice lady at the counter was happy to accommodate us. The River Tree Inn is a Motor Lodge or Motel, but the high quality service is equal to or better than a 4 star hotel in a large metropolitan city!

We cannot think of anything that diminished our experience at the River Tree Inn.

My family and I were in town to visit family and friends, we chose this location because of the room available (king suite w/loft) there were six (6) adults, and 2 small children. Everyone enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool. I did appreciate that there was a tv in the upstairs as well as a table and chair. There was plenty of room for all of us and our belongings, however 6 adults sharing one bathroom was interesting at times. I also liked that one of my favorite place to eat were also very close in proximity (Sharps Burger Ranch)

The only thing that I think that would have made the room better was if there was separate a/c heat for the loft, the only a/c heat was in the open downstairs area so upstairs was very warm.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Generous fridge size. Staff is very friendly. Great rates and convenient location.

This is an older hotel so has an "outdated" layout. In my room the only window was a sliding glass door that faces the courtyard and main walkway, so you can open the curtains and have lots of light but no privacy. Could be remedied with a second set of light filtering curtains, or a curtiain that was light filtering on the top 1/3 and solid on the bottom. Will definitely stay again when I am in town.

At first finding the room (#126) was a little tough to find, but once we located it, we realized it was enclosed, and opened to a pool area, hot tub, and secluded from the outside world. Our room had a sliding door that opened directly into the parking lot, which made our departure in the morning quick and easy. Some rooms' sliding doors opened to the pool area, which was pretty cool. Room has a micro wave and fridge, and beds that were very comfortable. If the price is right, I will be returning here.

The television was far off to the side, which made the bed furthest from it to watch over the surface of the other person. Minor inconvenience though. There was very little that we did not like.

Super nice accommodations and the staff from front desk at check in to manager was supreme. Booking.com needs more of these accomodations! Sweet lady at check in sent us to Fabulous steak house! This has been our favorite place in the last 4500 miles of our trip. Thank you

Old grumpy guy that came on night shift woke us up to move motorcycles at 1030pm.. when manager had already ok'd where we parked..and motorcycles stayed put and we were awake!!! Very aggravating!! But...you can't trust someone wearing suspenders and a belt, because they obviously can't trust themselves. Loved our stay there otherwise.

Very clean and comfortable. Good value. Free breakfast was nice.

Building is a bit confusing. We were given a map at the front desk which helped. We had to go between two buildings and around the pool to find the room. Room was right next to the pool and that wasn't a problem as we arrived late and everyone had left pool area. Not sure I would want to stay during open pool hours as it would have been a bit noisy. On the other hand, if we had wanted to swim we would have just had to open the glass sliding door and it was right there.

We were looking for a convenient, comfortable and clean location at a budget price (we were shocked at the hotel prices in Lewiston!) and we were pleasantly surprised with this motel! Our room had lots of space; a separate bedroom, living room and the large bathroom had two sinks that were separate from the toilet shower area. Conveniently located to the main bridge into Lewiston we were able to zip back and forth. The motel is located just minutes away from the river walk, the LC campus and plenty of restaurants and breweries in both L & C.

The breakfast. We didn't partake because it just wasn't appealing. But there was plenty of coffee!

This was a surprisingly nice place for a non-branded motel. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. The pool was beautiful, well-maintained and there was even an enclosed hot-tub. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and very accommodating for a late checkout so my husband could finish up some work calls. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Some of my condiments were opened, but I don't care. Everyone I met was nice and made me feel safe. Scary for a Black woman to travel alone. I have to double check my account and make sure I was not charged more for parking, but I don't think so. The long walks along the peaceful lakes.

The walkway to my room could use a little sweeping. You didn't give me enough to complain about, hahaha! Chestnut "beach"? Why is it called a "beach"? I had come to this area to walk along the beach, and I think calling Chestnut bank a beach is misleading!

The staff was so very helpful and accomodating. We always stay at Rivertree when we go to Clarkston. Great rooms, service, location, and Value. I can't say enough about the staff. I wish I could name them all. Looking forward to another stay. Thank you. (nice breakfast as well)

mmm . Gosh can't think of a thing. Well no meat for breakfast, but there was enough there with the scrambled eggs, scramble eggs with ham, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, yogurt etc. I walked away full as a tick.
