FairBridge Inn & Suites - Lewiston

We came to Lewiston because of the gas break, so we had to be up and out the door early in the morning and didn't get back until late at night. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to help us, they served breakfast earlier than normal so we could eat before work and one night I wanted to use the hot tub but I wasn't off work in time. The lady working the front desk let us go sit in the hot tube for just a bit.

I can't think of anything that was bad or needs fixed

Right along the Clearwater River. Nice view out our window. A couple nice casual restaurants and great antique mall within walking distance of hotel.

Older hotel with usual older hotel issues. Window coverings and decor were dated.

The location was perfect. The lady that works overnight was a little gruff when I went down at 5am asking for a couple of extra towels because there were two of us and I have a lot of hair.

We put the maid service sign on our door but did not get any maid service.

Breakfast was very good but a bit crowded and has to request hot water for tea. Staff apologetic about hot water not being kept current but happened both days of our stay.

Parking a bit smaller and across street and next door not convenient with elderly mother.

Great location. Wonderful restaurants, shopping better close by, the view for the river. Easy to get every where in town that we wanted and needed to see and do. Perfect for us and a great value. Thank you

Would have been nice to have stairs on the inside of building to walk up. The elevator is very busy and you might have to wait being that it's a 4 story building. Not a problem for us but the slider door needed to have longer screws due to the fact it was loose and we could see daylight through crack.

Pool was open, staff was friendly and very helpful! Open about staff changes and asking input from guests frequently. Looks like they are trying to make improvements across the board!

The bed frame seemed to be too large so it stuck out, parking lot is small. Staff was super helpful and tried to adjust the bed frame for us! Parking lot can't be helped honestly. Older building in downtown.

love everything about the property except the staff the girls were rude but the management was amazing.

just the fact that my room was not clean at all. The bathroom was an absolute mess and the carpet floors actually need to be vacuumed.

Location was good and beds were comfortable. The first room we were assigned the A/C was not working but the manager moved us to a new room without a problem with a smile on her face and a ready apology.

Loved it wish the sauna was open or the pool everyone was very nice did a very good job took very good care of us Breakfast was amazing my kids absolutely loved it there we will be back next year maybe sooner if we get the chance
