Extended Stay America Suites - Virginia Beach - Independence Blvd

The location was nice. Relatively quiet and not far from our daughter's homes.

1) Need additional chairs at the table when there are more than one person in the room so you can both sit at the table together for meals. 2) Cleaning the room at least one time on a four day stay would have been appreciated. At least come in to vacuum. 3) update info online to advise kitchen tools need to be asked for and are not automatically in the rooms as implied.

The location was in a great spot to hit all the areas within 20 minutes with traffic. Will stay here again because the location for it's value was definitely worth it.

The room could've been more stocked prior to our arrival. However that could've been due to the policies of the Extended stay.

A Beautiful, clean, and relaxing place, we'll definitely be coming back in the.Summer. Hoping and Praying that most of the virus becomes controllable.

The location was great and the rooms were very clean. The employees were so sweet and the beds were comfy.

The price was a little high for a room that only consisted of a queen bed and a chair that you were able to sleep in. I thought it could have been cheaper or offered a pull-out bed of some type.

The staff was friendly, helpful. Rooms were clean, well maintained. The area was good, quiet, not too much traffic, close to where I needed to be. Rooms were sound proof and well lit. Bed was comfortable, NO BUGS, that was a plus.

Some of the longer residents were rude. I have service animals for my hearing and they bark to alert me of things I do nit hear. I had a lady yelling at my door to shut them up, the more she yelled and screamed the more they barked.

I liked that Extended Stay was right off of Independence Blvd and easy to get to my destinations. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen worked fine.

When the people flushed their toilet upstairs, it drained the water from my toilet for a few minutes. When the heat shut off, it became a little chilly.

I liked that we had a kitchen and a real refrigerator that worked . That we could cook our own food. The refrigerator kept things cold. It felt like home away from home.fun

The bathroom's in the extended stay apartments need a upgraded. The tub and the sink were so stained that they looked dirty. We hand to take our shower standing on a towel.

I was charged additional 99.74 in a separate transaction when I checked in. When I asked about it I was told that it was just a hold for reservation. Well that wasn't the case and I have been trying to contact someone about it for almost a month now without a reply.

MY stay was quite pleasant. The staff was very cordial and friendly. It's conveniently located near Norfolk Airport, major hwys. and shopping plazas, mall, grocery stores, and restaurants. I would stay again and recommend it to friends and family.
