Extended Stay America Suites - Virginia Beach

I loved my room bc of privacy, comfort, and coziness. I did not like how weak the showerhead was. But the kitchen and the dedicated workspace was VERY appreciated. The staff was just awesome! Parking was great and the location is great.

The showerhead was weak and there is only one washer available as the other has been out of order for days now. There should be two laundry facilities, one for each floor, at least.

Everything at the property was excellent. Very clean, nice, comfortable, and spacious. It felt like home honestly. Even though I didn’t use all the amenities and kitchenette area, it was really great!

We saw one big roach in the room and it was one of those large ones. That roach killed all the vibe and good feelings for the room. Still it’s okay, because it was raining outside and it came under the AC unit. It’s normal to have an opening under the AC units. If they close those with caulk or spackle in every room, they wouldn’t have any issues.

it’s clean, have a kitchen to cook, stove, refrigerator television living room furniture, makes me feel like home. I just move from another state and relocated here, and is in process of finding a house. I have a realtor working with me to finalize the process. Hopefully, will be out soon because it’s costing me a lot to stay here, it’s now 3 weeks already being here. I like it here. the price is reasonable. the longer I stay the more it cost me

It was 10 minutes away from my daughter. It had separate bedrooms for privacy and a full kitchen.

The first night we killed a water bug but nothing after that night. The sofa bed cushions were worn and need to be replaced. The bathroom was not swept. The kitchen were missing toaster, utensils, cups and coffee maker. The irons were very difficult to use. The kitchen cabinets were greasy. No pool on premises and during my stay I found out people are living in the hotel. It wasn’t a horrible stay but it could of been better with a little upkeep and updates of the room.

The location was nice some of the staff was good night shift was not so good but I enjoyed the stay had a leak in the bathroom at 3 something in the morning..🤦🏾

That we had to wait on towel for two hours an then went back an say that there was no more so I had to go buy some towels an we had a leak at 3 in the morning over the toilet an the Staff gave us a key to use the other room across the hall an he programs it three times and still didn't open the door...🤦🏾🤦🏾So we had to wait till the leak stopped to use bathroom

I liked how nice the staff was, the fact that they allowed pets, and how clean it was. I also loved how our unit felt like a 2 bedroom apartment so that my dad could have his own space, my partner and I had our own space while we all were still together.

It was a little expensive for what few amenities we had. No pool. The breakfast was only muffins, Nutrigrain bars, little oatmeal packets, and coffee. Our room had 4 big towels, perfect, but only 2 wash cloths. Being a 2 bedroom unit, I feel that there should have been 4 wash cloths as well. I had to get one from the cleaning lady in the morning since we had 3 people. Lastly, they seemed to have problems with the key readers. They didn't want to work to let us into the building. We ended up having to get another one which worked for the remainder of our stay. No major problems, but these were a few areas of improvement that I noticed. Still a great place to stay.

The location and price was good. I love Holly and Sam. Their customer service was a awesome and very welcoming. Great job ladies.

Didn't like the fact that pots and pans were not readily available. I am use to them being in the room when we arrive. Instead I had to go downstairs to get them, which our first night there the key to the room where the pots were was missing. We had to wait until day two when a manager arrived with the spare key. Also it's time to replace the sofa. It was disgusting. I ended up doing to a local store and getting a cover for it so we could sit in it.

I'm a traveling nurse and I was 20 minutes from a client in Oceana, kempsville and downtown Norfolk and the location couldn't have been better with the interstate being right there.

Both the bathroom and closet doors don't completely close. You just can't get them to lock. It wasn't anything drastically crazy enough to call down to the desk. My wife and best friend was the only other person in there with me. Therefore no worries.

Nice studio room with a queen bed. Kitchen in the room. Full sized refrigerator.

The breakfast was minimal. Why have it? Coffee. Packaged oatmeal & grits. Some pastries. That’s it!! No fruit. No waffles. No toast / bread. No yogurt. Just TERRIBLE.

overall good clean spacious property especially with children. Great value and convenient location located exceptionally close to the highway. The staff was a bit standoff n getting towels etc was challenging at times but overall great value.

the extended stays usually have like small amenities like cups meeting a spoon this has nothing not even a bar of soap
