We’ve stayed here twice it’s a great location the parking is good! And the front desk workers are the absolute best around the reason why we come back !

The beds are not the best but it’s okay

Have enough spaces to move around. How the bathroom in the center of the room. I love that there is a sink next to the microwave. It also have extra counter top between the microwave and sink that is a plus for me. I was able to setup a cooking area there. I like how it has a full side refrigerator.

The worst part was there are little black ants all thorough out the room. I did not like how the cards to my room keep getting deactivated. I do not like how there's not many parking spots on weekend plus the parking space are very narrow. It will be hard to park if you drive a big vehicle.

The check-in/Check-out was fast and easy. The front desk attendants are AWESOME and so friendly. We spent a lot of time just talking with them. The view is unbeatable, and it's the equivalent of a high end hotel for less money! The restaurant is wonderful, with great servers and the food is top notch and reasonable! It was our third stay there, and we will not go anywhere else!

Our A/C unit was making weird noises, but they went away after the first night. The towels are paper thin and pretty rough, and could be replaced. Parking is a bit difficult, but they do have overflow parking and we always found a spot, even though it wasn't right in front of the hotel. They could invest in automatic doors, so that getting the luggage trolley in and out would be easier (it takes two people).

look if you’re expecting a modern hotel this is not the hotel for you. However if you want a clean hotel with amazing staff who remember you by name and ask you how your day was treating you like family for a good price this is a great place to stay. The hotel definitely needs a face lift but I would stay again.

Hotel is definitely outdated but does have a kinda weird charm to it. Bathroom was tiny

the hallway in the second floor has a strong smell of weed. bed mattress keep moving/sliding from the frame!

Location ! Amazing Rooms were a good size and although older. Clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Check in and out was seamless.

The restaurant on site was good. However we had to wait 20min for coffee every morning. The restaurant offered a great breakfast of $8 for hotel guests. HOWEVER if you take it back to your room 2 breakfasts and coffee end up being around $40. They charge extra and add 18% for something. It was cheaper to order out elsewhere. There are no coffee options in house other than the restaurant. The beds were the absolute worst beds ever very uncomfortable. On a metal platform the mattress slides with every move.

Staff was super friendly, and rooms were very clean. It was well worth the money in comparison to the other options around. We had asked for a higher room, and I know they are not always able to accommodate those requests, but they responded back quickly with they would do their best and ended up having us on the 7th floor, only one from the top!

Some things were a little dated such as the smoke detectors, the vent for the outside unit was not tight against the wall, and the handle on the door to the balcony broke but remained functional. These were all just more annoyances more than inconveniences. The only thing that actually bothered me was the beds were super hard. I like a firm mattress, but I had a hard time getting comfortable they were so stiff.

I always love staying here. It is conveniently located near so many cool restaurants, shops, and attractions. Easy beach access with a shower on boardwalk right near the hotel. The restaurant attached, Sea Salt Grill, has absolutely the best food and drinks. I'll always choose Capes. They haven't let me down yet!

Our rooms this time were closer to 20th street side and I never paid attention to how some rooms sit back a little, so we were in a corner and only had a good beach view to the right, with a wall and other rooms to the left. They said for us to ask for the North tower next time. Still had a lovely view and clean room, just the unexpected wall view. Now I know and will make sure we are on the other side from now on.

Friendly staff and access to beachfront

Staff was super friendly. Restaurant was cute and good. Love on beach location and centered with all shopping.

The room had a bad odor. Tried to buy sprays but it did not work. Needs updated. For a hotel that has to make over 40k a week, I think you could slowly begin to make upgrades. Maybe start with the carpet. Probably source of most odor.
