Accommodating staff, good hot breakfast, proximity to many restaurants, lounge area was comfortable, having cold refreshments available at front desk a big plus.
Parking was a little tight. No drive through parking needed for vehicles pulling small trailers. Vibrations in 4th floor room from hotel laundry equipment below.

Very clean and great customer service. Oh and definitely loved the whirlpool. So glad that every room still has a microwave and mini fridge in the rooms cause I didn’t have to leave the room for anything because a lot of hotels are losing business for that issue. Keep up the Great work

Hotel was very clean. Front desk was friendly and professional. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again. Very pleased with our stay!
Breakfast was a bit disappointing. It was a hot breakfast but not a great selection. Overall not bad though.

There was "coffee service" in the room, the lobby and breakfast. I don't drink coffee, where was the tea? I could not find any. Also, I expected there to be a hairdryer in the room. every hotel I've stayed at has a hairdryer in the room.

my daughter enjoyed the pool.
we had to call the front desk because between 11:30 pm and 1:00 people were making noise inside and outside of the motel and the noise continued even after the call.

Room was smallish. Understaffed as many places but staff was professional, pleasant and helpful.
