Days Inn by Wyndham Shenandoah

Maria and Rose were absolutely phenomenal. They were so friendly and helpful the entire time we stayed and we extended multiple times this property is great bang for your buck. The rooms are super clean well-maintained and comfortable. I believe we had the king smoking studio and it was one of the more comfortable hotels i’ve stayed in in houston. Better than all the other Days Inn by Wyndham in houston.

if i could change anything I would hope that they would use future revenue to do some small cosmetic updates. Some of the furniture out of style is a little outdated.

Adequate

At first our room key didn’t work so we had to go back and ask for another one, then the replacement key which was supposed to be for the door entrance to the ice machine didn’t work and they couldn’t get it open so we stayed there for three days with no cold drinks or ice in 93’ weather! The room and furnishings were outdated but the bed was very comfortable and the staff was pleasant. Breakfast was a muffin, no coffee !! Happy

Checking in and out was a breeze. The hotel itself was conveniently located along I-35 so it was very easy to access most of my destinations. The room itself was cozy and clean.

The Wifi connection was a bit spotty, maybe better for casual web browsing rather than streaming. Luckily, I was able to use my mobile hotspot instead so it all worked out.

Very quiet, friendly staff, Mexican restaurant and gas station right in front is very convenient and beats having to load up kids…I also felt very comfortable and safe because Shenandoah has their own police department and they patrolled regularly throughout the night…housekeeping was AWESOME and so accommodating and helpful. My son’s father and half sister visit 2-3 through out the year for a 1-2 weeks at a time and I think we’ll be reserving here from now on!!!

Pool was closed due to COVID which is understandable but online it was never mentioned so after arriving with my 4 and 8 year old it was disappointing to be informed that the pool was closed after all. Breakfast is grab-n-go…also acceptable…but it wouldn’t hurt to have more than one flavor out of each of the 3 items offered. Not a deal breaker though still plan on booking again for sure!

Very good price for a basic motel. Right next to the freeway. Didn't have a car, but many restaurants are within walking distance, as is the Woodlands Mall. The staff were incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough to help. The Manager , Jai was exceptional and is a credit to this hotel chain Thank you so much foraking us so welcome.

Hotel pool was closed for the winter, but being from London, the weather was like our summer!!

I liked the price and it was close to my job site

hotel wasn’t very clean, needs to be cleaned better. tv didn’t work very well. said it had a pool but wasn’t open and also a laundry mat but it also was closed.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like everything the manager was the best manager of any hotel I've seen by far even from Orlando throughout it's easy to go to as so much to do I mean it's in a great location and a great price I just want to thank you guys I had a pleasant stay hopefully I'll be back that was a few things I wanted to do but I caught I got caught away to another job but I'll be reserving soon in the next week or two but you guys again for about a week hope to see you soon I love it there and I really did it was real nice but I checked out early but I told the manager so it was okay it was no big deal

Quiet for being right off the Interstate. Everyone was friendly and the room was clean and spacious.

The concrete stop in the parking had rebar that hooked the front bumper of my car and pulled it loose.

The staff here was great.

Disappointed that the pool is still closed due to Covid when there aren’t any Covid related restrictions for businesses anymore. I wish the ice and vending machines worked.

Location to restaurants and shopping. Very quiet at night. Great room for the price.

Spa tub water wouldn't get hot. And on off button was broken. Vending machines and ice machine did not work or were nonexistent
