The staff made us feel right at home. We were evacuated for Hurricane Ida and they made sure we were comfortable as they accommodated all of our requests. It was the little things that mattered most like them giving us their large coffee maker because I love coffee so much. The staff really left a great impression on us. From checkin to departure they were kind and understanding with us. Thank you.
We had roaches unfortunately. Only a couple that may have traveled with the family above us because we only seen them after they checked in and no more when they checked out.

The customer service was great. I cant remember the young guys name at the front desk but he was very nice and understanding about our situation when we got there.
The dryers at the facility were bad. Our clothes were still wet after an hour of drying them. Also I 0aid about 1300 for the room and I stayed a week. It was spacious but I feel it should have only cost $800-$900.

I booked for 102.35 and the bill came for 152.35 I called and they added 50 dollars for 3 days in case there were damages to room. That is fine but tell me when I book. I also booked a room with twin beds, they put me in a king ,I had to make them change rooms.
Be up front with your policies and make shure your guest are happy, smiles are cheap but they pay big dividends.

it was very close to the cynthia woods pavilion and all of the shopping/restaurants but it was just far enough away where it wasn’t too busy.

When we checked in, we were sent to a room our key didn't work. We were then directed to a room that was occupied. Finally, we were sent to a different that worked well. Since it's an extended stay, the smell of cooking was pungent at times.
