Location and staff. Near to everything.

The Wi-Fi got busted and it took them seven days to fix. It is an urgent need and they should have fixed it on priority. The breakfast was okay but they did not put up all items everyday. so it was like eat what you get. Some of the facility needs up gradation too.

Check in time should be a bit earlier than 3 pm. One elevator was out of service

Most of the staff were super nice, the rooms were really comfy and for the price in that location this is probably the best value you can get.

One of the front desk staff lady was rude and looked really annoyed at every question I'd ask. The first day I checked in, the other friendly front desk guy guided me to the restrooms at the lobby when I asked. But when I was checking out and had asked the rude lady about going to the lobby restroom, ironically the restroom went out of order. Hope she learns how to be nicer to the guests.

The bed was King size and extremely comfortable. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, very professional and knew what they were doing. I would definitely stay there again.

There was not much I can list that I didn't like. I'd say there were a few down sides though. They have a small selection of convenience items for sale at the front desk but no condiments which would have been nice, only because I needed some ketchup and didn't have any. Also, there was no do not disturb sign that we could find to hang on the door. We had a weird incident. I got up in the morning, I think it was the day before we left, and I noticed the large towels were all gone and we didn't have any replacements so I had to go down to the front desk in my PJs to get fresh ones.

Our son lives near Richardson and we've traveled from the Atlanta area several times to visit him, staying in hotels that are generally higher priced than Wingate. We tried Wingate because of its high ratings on Booking.com and its lower costs. We've stayed there twice now, and each time we've had a room that is large, very quiet, well maintained and comfortable. This Wingate does not offer breakfasts now, but saving $50 a night versus a comparable hotel means that we can have a much nicer breakfast and still end up way ahead.

The HVAC unit is preset at a standard temperature and is not controllable by the guest. We found the temperature to be pleasant most of the time, but on a couple of nights when the outside temperatures fell into the 20's, it felt a little cold out of bed. We didn't mind the lack of thermostat control but perhaps the hotel could raise their nighttime temperature settings up by a couple of degrees when the outside temperature falls below freezing.

upon arrival, I was advised by the manager the Booking.com or the property had accidentally oversold units, and that I did not have a room. he said the hotel would cover find me a very close alternate hotel at their cost. As it turned out, the manager did some juggling and did find me a spot in his hotel. He said he would get on another guest’s up coming reservation to fix the problem. great job!

Professional courtious management and staff support for physical and personal needs. Welcomed into the lobby with genuine care and concern for all the guest that I saw coming in and promptly checked in each guest. Very effecient use of time management and it went quickly.quiet location with no issues whatsoever.

Good location to the Emminet Medical Center, good value

Thursday night stay was not good, I kept hearing scratching in the wall and smelled musty when I walked in. I informed the front desk about it. Haven’t heard back from the Manager about a discount or free stay.

Comfortable beds with clean, big rooms. Nice size fridges as well. It was clean and little to no noise or traffic.

The bathroom had mildew smell and the inconvenience of the minor housekeeping rules (short staffed so understand), but overall great stay.

location was great and room layout was great

Pool area was old and outdated. Elevator needs to be serviced, breakfast needs a major upgrade. Not everyone eats eggs and pork sausage Pattie’s that are microwaved and over cooked.
