Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good

When we first checked in and unpacked everything then went to use the restroom and the toilet did not flush. The only option we were given was to change rooms, which was very inconvenient since we had already unpacked everything. The other complaint was that my room key kept being deactivated. I had to go to the front desk on I believe 3 separate occasions when my key didn’t work and the desk clerk did not ask for any identification at all when recoding the keys, just asked the room number.

Breakfast was a good variety of things, enjoyed the free coffee with flavored coffee creamer for most of the day. I also appreciated the complimentary dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower!

I asked front desk to change our sheets after my son got a bloody nose and got it on the sheets, they cleaned our room but did not change out our sheets. Also, a relative had the shower door fall on her while she was showering. They were able to get them into a another room but that could have been a much worse situation if she had gotten hurt.

Convenience to turnpike. Excellent breakfast. Very nice housekeeping person.

Upon my checking in with a credit card the front desk person said there was an additional $50 added in case damage done by me to the room. Excuse me! Why not wait until I am checked out and there is room inspection to determine if an additional $50 should be charged!! You have my cc number! There were four floors with 134 rooms on each. Multiply that by $50 and you have 134 x $50 = $6,700 per floor x 4 = $26,800. And then that $50 is not immediately removed from your credit card. Quite a little scheme!

The breakfast and the breakfast staff were fabulous. The area was very clean and the attendant was constantly keeping it stocked with the food selections. Also, they were very friendly and helpful. The custodial ladies were so very helpful and there to assist you.

When I booked my stay I requested a room with a bathtub. Two/three days before my arrival I called the hotel directly and reinforced my request. I spoke to a "live" person who confirmed...even with the room number. Upon arrival and going to my room (didn't check for a bathtub) ... but in fact it was not a room with a tub!!! This caused me a huge problem ... having to relocate and with a greater distance from the elevator. I am a senior citizen and this was an uncalled for situation.

it was nice and clean, the breakfast was good, beds we’re comfortable. the room selection online was a little misleading, I thought the reason for the high prices room labeled a bedrooms suite was because it had a separate room, which it didn’t. The kids working there thought everything was funny and weren’t very helpful.

The bathroom sink water water barely came on. The shower faucet almost jumped out the wall when turning on the shower. There was dirt or something on the back wall of the shower at the top. Didn't see it until 5/1/2023. It's always something

- Very modern and bright aesthetic - Furnished well - bed was comfortable, greatly appreciated the inclusion of both soft and firm pillows, lounging sofa was a nice touch, large TV - Complimentary breakfast had variety (sausages, egg, cinnamon rolls, yogurt)

- Shower had some minor areas that weren’t the cleanest, water pressure was also disappointing - Road noise is quite prominent on the highway side of the building - Cinnamon rolls should probably be microwaved prior to serving - they were still cold (refrigerator temp) on the inside

Staff ingores other guests and takes others that just walked up. Breakfast starts at 630 . Some travelers that stay there have to be at work by 6 am . So some fresh coffee and Danish would be great Pet travelers should have designated rooms so others that are allergic to dogs or cats want be getting sick from not knowing the room had pets in it

I booked a room with "tub access" but the room had the smallest shower I have ever seen. I called it my telephone booth shower! Was not what I booked. But, I didn't report it to front desk.

The hotel is conveniently located along the George Bush Turnpike in Plano. We were very pleased with the condition, cleanliness and comfort of the room and the facility overall, and the front desk staffer was super friendly. We had to leave before breakfast began, so I cannot comment on that.
