All hotel employees were very professional and customer service oriented. Check-in took less than 15 min. The room was sealed with taped message relating to room sanitation." Message indicated that no-one had entered the room after the sanitation process was done. The guest assigned to the room broke the seal and entered. The room was very very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Through-out the hotel all "Covid 19 sanitation/safety procedures were implemented and followed. The breakfast was good! Great coffee and variety of breakfast selections. (bagels, sweet rolls, toast, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, potatoes.) The hotel location was downtown and several restaurants were within walking range. I liked that the parking garage had access to elevators that allowed you to enter the hotel and go straight to the floor your room was at. The security implemented for this process was very safe. You could only enter the garage and use elevators using your room key. This ensure only registered members could enter the garage and use the elevators.

I would like to have been notified there would be an extra fee for parking. $25 per night. I willingly paid the fee because of the convenience of parking garage to hotel but I was not aware of this charge until I checked in.

it was so convenient! everything we wanted was so close we could walk or we could take a uber for super cheap!!! we came for a bachelorette trip and they gave us free packing and drink vouchers!!! room was a 10/10! clean,great price, and the gentleman at the front was the best and made sure we had everything we needed! i love that there is gated parking garage, and you need a room key to get into the hotel its self and to use the elevators to even get to a floor! all hotels need this safety feature! the breakfast buffet was amazing it had so much great stuff! will definitely be coming back soon!!!

Staff was friendly, they allow us to keep our bags Checked until our train that evening. It was nice to not have to carry them around or worry about them.

Our room had a smell to it. Not sure what it was but there was an odor. I booked through booking.com and they asked if there was any special. It was for my sons birthday and kind of bummed there wasn't a balloon. I understand it states it's not guaranteed l.

They are wanting to charge me again for the room when my card already went through & it's just waiting for approval but it's on their end that it isn't showing up because my bank already told me it had been approved but they are working on it.

Everything was very clean and well decorated. The location was great with easy access to anywhere we needed to be. The garage elevator accesses the hotel floors, which made getting to and from the car a breeze. Breakfast was included and the hours were great— it didn’t end super early like most hotels.

The parking garage is a little tough to maneuver, but it was convenient and felt safe.

Overall this hotel exceeded my expectations! Everything from the room to the location was great. The room was so clean and comfortable. Every staff member we came across was so nice and welcoming. The location was great, walking distance to just about anything downtown. This hotel also made us feel so safe from the parking to the room. The pool was so nice and clean. We did not get a chance to try the breakfast but we will be coming back to this hotel!

ADD GRANOLA TYPE BARS TO BREAKFAST OR EVEN TAKE OUT.

The hotel was great, the staff wonderful and the breakfast Fantastic. We arrived and checked in with; sorry don’t remember her name but her sister works the bar in the hotel, Very friendly set us all up. We went up to our room 5th floor and were blown away. Nicely decorated very clean, I was there for a convention; our room faced the convention center. We were able to park in the parking garage on the 3rd floor covered. Part of the 3rd floor was uncovered. Fortunately it wasn't crowed so we kept our same spot all 4 days. The breakfast was beyond expectations with waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, juice and bread. I ate so much every morning I passed up lunch. On 2 nights we went to the bar and had a drink, sorry don’t remember names, the sister of the young lady at the front desk, was friendly and mixed a good drink, a relaxing night cap to a busy day. One night we called down to the front desk and requested extra towels. For some reason the maids kept missing our room so the young lady personally brought up our towels herself. That is what SERVICE is about. Overall it was a fantastic stay all around super service except with the maid services just don’t know how or why they kept skipping our room.

I have 2 knocks against the hotel. First for some reason when we didn’t have the "Do Not Disturb" on our door the maids still passed our room. So for the entire stay our room wasn’t cleaned. We had to call down for more towels. The only reason we could think of we didn’t take the sign off early enough. Even though we saw the maids in the hall around 9am and notified them that we were leaving for the day and they could clean the room, it still never got done. The other was the fact we had to pay $25 a day for parking. Shouldn't that be included in my room? What the heck, if I didn't was I to park on the street a block or so away and run there every few hours to put more money in the meter. That did not set well with me at all. Ask prior to booking if the parking is included in the future.

Check in and check out were easy. The staff was super nice and very accommodating. Lots of breakfast options. My daughter loved making her own waffles.

The parking garage was a little tight to move around in, but that's understandable based on the location. Only complaint about breakfast was the seasoning on the breakfast potatoes. It was too much rosemary, I believe.

The staff were immediately friendly upon our arrival, they were able to check us in early which was great. Loved that we could park on-site, and the amenities were outstanding. Everything was updated/renovated and the overall cleanliness of this hotel will have me back for sure! Not to mention the delicious and well organized continental breakfast- so many choices!!

Everything was phenomenal! No complaints whatsoever, the entire staff should be praised! I had stayed at another Hilton property on Thanksgiving (Embassy Suites) and it didn’t even come close to how great this place is!
