Extended Stay America Suites - Fort Worth - Medical Center

It's already 2nd time we are staying in this place and overall very satisfied. It's clean and has nearly all essentials. When back next year for our steak competition we will most likely come back again. Also location is excellent. It's close to main railway, Will Rogers Memorial and city center. Nearby there is a beautiful park

Overall staff is very polite and helpful, but there was one very rude person who I had to report to manager when check out. Also they don't have enough of hairdryer's for all rooms and you have to borrow one from reception. If they are taken by other guests you couldn't have one. For me (with my long hairs and windy and cold weather that week in Texas) this was an issue. I couldn't get it even once during whole week stay.

Great location. Employee at check in was very pleasant. Refrigerator was newer and very cold. AC worked great especially since it was over 100 degrees.

This is an inexpensive long term hotel so keep that in mind. The furniture is worn. The bed creaked. The shower curtain was short and didn’t actually prevent the water from spraying on the floor. Stove top was pretty nasty.

Stairwells and hallways had me very concerned but I was PLEASANTLY surprised when opening the door to the room. It was EXCEPTIONALLY clean and spacious. Tastefully decorated comfy bed (new linens) and shower was perfect

Packages of coffee but no coffee pot. (I was given a coffee pot) refrigerator but no microwave. Iron but no ironing board. Loud guest. In general though it was well worth the price range especially if you are mainly looking for a very clean and comfortable place to shower and sleep.

Front desk attendants were very nice, room was clean, area was quiet.

Couldn't check in early; some places allow, some don't. I didn't make it a big issue but it would be nice if we could instead of worrying about our luggage left in our vehicle while we found something else to take up our time.

The staff was awesome very courteous and helpful

Numbers on building are confusing my door dash got lost cause ur numbers are confusing.. but the staff helped them out. So I'm thankful for the good staff they have. Not the layout. I feel bad fr the staff . Can u imagine how many lost delivery drivers they have to help out on a day to day basis... Sorry to you staff keep u the good work and know we greatly appreciate you

Great value for the proximity of local entertainment district. Its 5 min from Colonial Golf course and FT. Worth Zoo. Ten min from the museum district and TCU campus. Lots of things to do from just walking distance including shopping some major brands. Enjoy!

Wi-Fi was very weak to the point of having to purchase a separate Wi-Fi bundle that is offered when you sign up. The tv's were "smart" tv's and I couldn't cast my favorite movie channel onto the tv. But there is one movie channel available which was suffice.

Amanda made me feel at home. My Mom recently died and she made me a cookie & muffin basket, passed a card around to sign and always had a smile.

I have no complaints other than life sux at the moment but people like Amanda are what keep.me going.

Front desk Darren is a blip blap bloop get er done kinda guy.

Altho it was a non smoking room, the previous guests obviously chain smoked. I sprayed and hosed down with bleach & Gain Fabreze and it didn't even mask the constant ashtray scent.

The General Manager was a delight she was assisting and calling other properties to assist guest that were book to stay there once they were out of rooms and I thought that was great because that wasn’t something she had to do

Candace, at the front desk was very friendly & did everything she could to help. I'm a traveling nurse & needed early check-in after night shift & she made it happen.

Only 2 pillows & they were old & lumpy. Sheets were clean but needed updating & proper fitting No bath mat Lamp next to bed did not work
