Wingate by Wyndham Dallas Love Field

I loved the location and the quietness even tho it’s on a highway and I was on the ground floor I like the pool I got in around 2:30 and was able to check in early and when I went to the pool I was the only one there lots of restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive 10-12 minutes Drive from Love Field Airport the room was large bed and pillows very comfortable the air conditioning was as great because it was was very humid outside

The tv should have streaming options like Netflix or YouTube who really watches cable any more and I was their for work and while ironing my clothes the iron kept leaking water on my clothes making them damp and they took a while to bring me a different iron bed cause the lady thought I was saying the air conditioning wasn’t working when I said iron multiple times

The all hospitality i reserved wingate for my Southwest interview this hotel is super clean has actually delivered all my expectations from the lobby the breakfast the room OMG was so beautiful and the jacuzzi and pool i would recommend anyone for that price you can't argue with it....i thank the staff the shuttle driver that was so kind on wesneday the 9 of August he dropped me and other 3 ladies straight to Southwest headquarter told us that he would at 8 am and he did ..i stayed in Room 120 too bad i had to checkout early for my interview ..

I liked everything

The facility was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the cleaning service made sure there were lots of wash, clause, and towels in the hotel was in a great location

One of the night shift workers very rude to someone who was trying to rent a room and my key I had to keep going downstairs to get it program because the facility is dated and has keys and if you put them near a phone or cell phone deactivate it please upgrade and also the food every morning. It was the same breakfast eggs, bacon and potatoes. Please give a variety have yogurt.

The room was clean, close to the car rental and the airport. Great accommodations for wheelchair. Pool looked great but too tired to use it! Breakfast was wonderful, lot’s of choices. Very friendly front desk staff!

Long line for the waffle maker, probably need to have two there but there was also a family reunion going on so it was really busy. Good thing the young lady worked very hard keeping everything stocked, big Kudos to her!

My connecting flight got cancelled causing me to stay the night there. I arrived around 11pm and the man behind the counter was so friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and comfy. Breakfast was good and well prepared. The airport shuttle driver was on time and very friendly as well. Everything went so smoothly that I almost look forward to be stuck in Dallas again. ;)

No complaints here!

The rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast area was clean, with plenty of options. The check in staff was polite. The check in was quick and hassle free. The price was fair . The area was safe and clean. The lobby area was clean.

The elevator was old and not so clean. The hallway carpet needs to be cleaned and it seemed to be getting hallway walls painted

Room and lobby was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! They make you wear gloves due to covid while making your buffet style breakfast. Which is a good idea and keeps germ spreading under control. Guys at front desk was really nice as well. Easy check in and easy check out

A dirty bottle of conditioner was left in bathroom from previous customers. Housekeeping should be more aware. Pool area can use a little update.

Clean and comfy

I was told by the fellow that checked me in to be outside for the shuttle to the airport 5 minutes before I needed to leave (rides were supposed to be every 30 minutes. When I did what I was told, no one showed up, I asked the desk clerk and he says there is no driver! But would call for a lift. I was furious!! That young man the evening before should have told me this and arranged my ride! The morning clerk was so apologetic - but it wasn’t his fault! The young man needs to be better trained!

I did not have a breakfast, it starts to late for me. I left the hotel about 5 am. I liked a sofa with pillows in the room. It was so cousy.

That hotel is so far from airport Dallas field, but it is my falt to book it and do not check it out. I like to have a tea in the room, but it was absent, just a coffee.

allows late check in, nice neighborhood. they had a security guard in the lobby. front desk guy was okay, he was a bit rude.

I wish they would’ve been able to accommodate my two rooms next to each other.
