Baymont by Wyndham Dallas/ Love Field

Mike the afternoon/late evening auditor was very kind. He was engaging and very helpful. I had to print some documents before my meeting the next day. He printed / copies as I requested and handed them off to me without an extra charge. 6 copies in total. My room was on the first floor. I asked if the perimeter doors were secured. He said they were. Mike welcomed me and said if he could do anything to help my short stay - to let him know. The room was tidy. The ac worked great through the night. There were safety lights on through the night out the room window. It was a good stay. I recommend this hotel.

There was not a lot of convenient stores near. I needed to purchase a pair of black socks. No Walmart, target or Walgreens near. I made due.

There bed was comfortable, room was clean and spacious. Their pool and indoor hot tub is great and well kept up.

There advertisement says breakfast and all they have is coffee and small Danish.

Loved how easy and smooth the check in process was .loved that that handicap room was on the first floor and the cleanliness of the hotel and the housekeeping staff was spectacular!I have to say this is probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at .breakfast was included and we had a fridge and microwave in the room would most definitely stay again .for the rate we paired came to around $60 a day stayed for a week and bill was only $454.bot to mention the indoor pool !! Great hotel for family,solo or as just a couple .

The facility was very clean. They came in the middle of the day and changed my bed I didn't have to worry about them touching my items.

I didn't like the fact that my room smelled of cigarettes it was a non smoking facility and I know sometimes that smell gets trapped in the carpet or gets trapped in the walls in the paint but Overall the room was very clean especially for the price in the location it was a little sketchy because there was a lot of prostitutes walking around is walking around in that location.

I love the location. It’s close to Dallas Love Field Airport and certain attractions. Also, not far from major interstate highways. I must commend Ms. Pam who worked the front desk. She was very nice and respectful. I really like the rule of only allowing guest a short time to visit. I truly appreciated her hospitality.

I think there could be some updates (bathroom, furniture, and spa wasn’t working (not a big deal)

I always enjoy everything about staying here. But there's only one reason I stay here & that's to see the lovely manager. She is beautiful polite courteous nothing more than a queen. Wish I knew if she was married none the less she totally tops the place off. If u decide to stay here you definately won't be disappointed. Can't wait to stay there again just to catch a glimpse of the manager. Wow...

The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in and the pillows were firm and thick. The room was so cold when we got there, and stayed cold all night. We stayed in mid-June in Texas. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but they had Texas-shaped waffles so I was happy! Way better than I expected for my dollar!

There really wasn't much I didn't like. The location was kinda hidden to me, but GPS had no problem!

The staff, Pam in particular was very accommodating! My daughter left her backpack in the Uber we arrived in and she hunted it down and mailed it back to me. The room was clean and tidy. They also have a sleep and fly rate. I stayed overnight, parked my car there for a week and took a flight out to California. The hotel provided our transportation to and from the Love Field airport.

No complaints.

Well their ad/site said the hotel was 3500ft from the venue we weren't was going to. Thats very misleading. Also their booking.com site said they served breakfast. Lie. They had a sign at the check-in desk that said "due to covid" their breakfast would be limited. Well it was limited alright! The coffee pot was empty, and "breakfast" consisted of packaged pastry junk. Thats it! And the front desk lady was outside, sitting at a table with another lady & 2 others standing around...drinking coffee! While there was no coffee for guests. We have another stay booked in 2 weeks. Unfortunately I booked a nonrefundable night. I've learned my lesson.

The staff was super friendly and everything was great, especially for the price. My child loved the pool and we liked the breakfast. Overall well-kept property.

My only complaint is that the breakfast was cleaned up by 9am. With our jetlag the first few days, by the time we were up and dressed it was already 9am. If you're a family on vacation, don't sleep late :)
