Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Green Hills

We were absolutely blown away by the room. It was gorgeous! The loveseat was so fun and comfy to end the day on. The shower was lovely. The king bed was unbelievably comfortable. The little details to the room were fantastic. I'd try to buy this room as a condo haha! The staff was very friendly and then Starbucks in the lobby was the cherry on top.

I didn't dislike anything. The only thing that was off was the shower faucet handle--it was loose from the wall.

The food was good, but there wasn't a self serve or service at a table breakfast. We were lucky to get to the counter when there wasn't anyone else waiting. There was one very nice and efficient young lady to did everything. She made the lattes, cappuccinos and a heated up breakfast sandwiches and burritos. The plates included dipping sauces and fresh fruit. Again were were lucky to arrive early. After us there was a long line of travelers trying to place their orders. An extremely inefficient way of handling a breakfast crowd. My husband thought that they really didn't want to offer breakfast and I am sure many travelers left for the local fast food. Parking was also an extra $20.

My husband came down to the lobby for a cup of coffee at 6:20 and was told that there was no complimentary coffee. It would cost $6 and they Bistro wouldn't open till 6:30. We had a small coffee Keurig in our hotel room, but no decaf coffee.

The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located near food and shopping. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the courtesy of the staff.

My only complaint was the ironing board in the room. The pad was pretty much nonexistent. I had to put a towel under the clothes I ironed to keep the ironing board's holes from being pressed into them.

We were traveling to Alcoa for a Marathon event, our intention was to drive all the way through but we decided to stop and rest our bodies and service animal due to the Marathon. We booked this hotel spur of the moment. The room was GORGEOUS! I loved the lighting, the set up, the little couch and ottoman, the decor, the spaciousness of the bathroom - EVERYTHING! I would absolutely book here for an alternate trip. My only suggestion is that the lightening around the dog area be better.

It was so dark around the dog area, it was after 11 pm when we got there and the dog area is segregated so it was scary.

the rooms were clean and comfy. awesome amenities. kind staff, great location! the beds were comfortable, the lobby area was beautiful! I liked that there was a parking garage on site and that it was pet friendly! Even with pets staying there, you would have never known, everything was clean and tidy!

My only suggestion is to put signs in rooms letting guests know that it has been cleaned thoroughly, just for reassurance with covid precautions. But other than that, no complaints!! We thoroughly enjoyed everything!

New, very convenient to where we wanted to be, easy to find, quiet location

Hair in shower(yuk), only 1 disposable coffee cup at coffee maker, afternoon bartender was unorganized/ appeared to be winging it.

The location was very nice and the staff were all very helpful and courteous.

The handrails in the Bathroom need to be properly placed because my husband had a hard time getting himself up from the bench. The food menus needs to be switched up a bit, the food was very good. The market place needs to have more choices.

Parking price and the parking and hotel was not very visible. And the girl at the bistro in this morning was by herself and took like 20 orders before she started making coffee. I left and did nod get coffe because I had waited 25 min and did not have my orders and had a business meeting to get too.

I loved the location, the lobby, the staff and my room! I loved the chicken and pancakes for breakfast and the caramel machiato. I loved that Target was only 8 minutes away. I loved the courtyard and the fire pit. I loved the shower and the bed and beautiful orange couch. I loved the light underneath the tv that lit my computer for work.

I hated that I needed to use quarters for the wash room. I hated that the WiFi wasn’t high speed as promised. I came to this hotel to work and had to use my phone as a hot spot.

The location is very nice and Staff is wonderful.

Starbucks could be open all day to set for needs and pool hours could be opened longer, needs to be more easy to get Towels and products instead of going all the way down stairs to the desk to bother the desk for it.
