Aloft Nashville West End

I went to Nashville with my wife for our wedding anniversary. We each separately contacted the hotel asking for the staff's help preparing the room to surprise each other. They kept the secrets from each of us and did a FANTASTIC job. My wife sent a romantic package to set up the room and I had chocolate covered strawberries delivered. They even upgraded our room to a huge suite so it would make our stay memorable. We will never forget the experience and if we are ever to visit Nashville again, we will be staying here for sure. Special thanks to Dominique, John, and Kris(hope it's spelled right). Not only them but the entire staff was awesome!!!

Nothing to dislike!!!

Room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff from the front desk , room service and the late night security staff was extremely courteous. Loved the location very close to downtown and plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Easy parking garage next door. We valet parked and it was super convenient. I was a little concerned about some of the reviews I found regarding poor customer service and safety. I did not find those to be the case for us.

What could be better... The bathroom tiles & shower are ready to be scrubbed down. It was not filthy by any means. Perhaps is time for a regrout or new tiles. Other than that, no complaints.

Some of the breakfast machines were broken (espresso machine coffee was cold) but they had a great selection of food and there is a coffee/donut shop across the street so it worked out. We didn't end up eating at the hotel because the prices for breakfast was. . . A little steep.

The rooftop balcony could have been cleaner.

the property was very clean, the decor was modern and well done. The water pressure was fantastic! The parking garage can be accessed directly from inside the building. The staff was friendly and helpful.

we had trouble getting our digital pass key on our phone to work at several doors throughout the building. we got an actual room key and had no trouble with that.

Location was easily accessible, clean facility, friendly staff. Our TV was not working upon arrival; they sent someone up within the hour to get it fixed which I was happy with.

Having to pay to park at a place that I am already paying 250.00 to stay at for one night is crazy. I do understand that A LOT of hotels practice that same policy and that it’s kind of the norm; I still like it’s crappy.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel, but the location/setup, and convenience of the store/breakfast area was perfect.

The rooftop would have been better if there was more going on up there, seemed like a wasted space since nothing was happening there. Also the elevator did not seem like it was in goos shape.

The room was great. Nice view, plenty of space, liked the walk-in shower. Parking deck was a plus and because it had multiple levels, it was nice that we could drive to our floor which made it easier to load/unload the car.

Not crazy about paying for parking as I personally believe it should be included with the room. We walked everywhere so the car just sat there the whole time.

The room is super cool in it’s decor and so is the hotel overall. Comfortable bed and clean room. Full size shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower-Dry Bar brand.

The hotel location is a cheap Uber ride close to Broadway but a bit far for walking. However the price of the room reflects it being a bit of a walk. The staff knows nothing about where to eat, where to go. Asked 3 different people and all said the same thing “I don’t ever go downtown I have no idea”. I guess I’m used to the times when professional hotel staff were the experts on the best city experience. When we arrived the valet was no where to be found. One of us finally went inside to find him chatting up the desk clerk. He did apologize but apparently it was a slow day at the hotel.

As soon as you walk in the aroma of the building was amazing!! Beautiful colors very vibrant! There is a pool table right in the lobby and so many canvas pictures of country music stars!! Dolly was our favorite!! We never experienced that! It was very inviting! The front desk staff was very nice respectful happy nicely dressed and very clean cut. Aloft is very convenient and in the middle of Nashville. They do have a $30 parking fee but it was fine with us beats having to drive around to find a spot to park. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there so we were switched to another room with the same accommodations as we asked for. The room was very pretty! Bed was comfortable the bathroom was great floors where clean! Will stay here again! We’ve been looking for a new place to stay because we come to Nashville a lot for my doctor visits. This may become our new home as long as we can stay in the same room.

As of right now it everything was great so no negativity.

The rooms were very big and so quiet!

One of the mattress had a BIG hole in it right where you sleep so we had to flip the mattress. It would have been really nice if they cleaned the rooms daily and replaced soaps,tp and towels so we didn't have to ask everyday.
