Microtel Inn and Suites Clarksville

I enjoyed everything about my king suite I accidentally got the handicapped access king suite but even so it ended up being wonderful the price was Great it just looked a tiny bit different than what the king suite I seen in the photos but like I said I didn't mind the staff were nice my only complaint has to be that the towels could have been way softer but hey who is keeping tabs on all things like that, haha I genuinely had a nice stay the breakfast was totally banging best hotel breakfast and most gourmet I have had in Clarksville at an extended stay inn and suites hotel out of the lot in Clarksville hell some don't offer breakfast at all!

The location was superb, the place it self was okay and could have been better but they are doing renovation and updates. I like that it was no carpet on the flooring. They serve complimentary breakfast. And the staff was accommodating. And the room had lots of seating; a small loveseat, a nice size chair and window seating.

The renovations but I understood that it was necessary so to accommodate their guest and to keep up with the market I would like to give it four stars if the renovations were complete.

Location was perfect for us. We got to experience all of Clarksville and we were close to the highway….with little to no noise from it. We didn’t have breakfast while there, but we could smell it….and it smelt amazing 👍🏼

The room did smell a little musty/damp, but I tend to notice that with all hotels as they set the A/C so cold. Could have used another roll of TP in the bathroom for the amount of time we stayed.

The newest remodel is impressive. Like the hard floors rather than carpeting. The set up with counters and Cubbies is very effective and really liked the window seat. It was nice and quiet and all in all weed stay again. Also plenty of parking for large trucks and vehicles.

The accessible restroom could have been a little more user-friendly. For someone sitting on the installed shower bench you can't reach the shower controls. Could also have used another grab bar next to the toilet. Also an anti slip mat on the floor of the shower would be helpful. All of these are suggestions to make the accessible room more accessible.

The lady at the front desk did all she could to get us adjoining rooms. She was so sweet! She even brought us a crib for our 2 year old in case he didn’t sleep well in the bed. Which we did end up using. Rooms were being remodeled very nicely.

We had to sleep across the hall from one another. We are a large family so we had to divide and conquer. Also, we picked the facility because breakfast was included. There were a few bite sized muffins and a couple packets of instant oatmeal. We ended up going over to the McDonald’s to feed our 5 kids.

Value, cleanliness, no weird smells in the hall ways.

Was originally told breakfast was over at 10 and we showed up at 9:30 to an empty bar and an employee that looked at us weird when we asked why breakfast wasn’t available. To which she responded that it was over at 9.

Cheaper than others in the area, free breakfast and just off the Interstate.

The breakfast didn’t have much to offer. The overall feel of the hotel was that it had just been remodeled. Looked good but it still has a run down feeling.

Spaciousness and location.

We had booked for a king size bed and away from elevator. It turned out that the elevator did not function, and we asked for a room on the first floor. The only available room had a queen size bed.

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were very nice and clean

The front desk person from the evening and the next morning both spent a significant amount of time on their personal phones instead of at the desk (one was in the back room, and the other was outside). Also, breakfast was advertised, but when we went the next morning, there was nothing out, and no one around. There was nothing anywhere that stated there was no breakfast.

Loved the room. Newly remodeled, spacious, clean. The hotel manager was very nice and accommodating. Good location.

Breakfast offerings were skimpy. Hall carpeting wasn't installed yet - remodel not quite finished.
