it was very nice and modern. there was a good breakfast and lots of places to sit and read/study/socialize. had a pool table in the lobby. saw the exercise room but didn’t use it. the beds were firm (which I liked) but not so firm to not be comfortable. there was no carpet in the room which was a plus for those of us with allergies. the staff was awesome, friendly, and very personable. there were places outside to sit and enjoy the weather. it was close to fast food and family restaurants. shopping was available nearby. Applebee’s and Taco Bell were both within walking distance of hotel.

Although it was very modern, the room was extremely small. in my opinion, not worth the $185 a night price. there was no coffee in the room, even though there was a small refrigerator. We did hear our neighbors talking through the walls.

Listen my husband and I moved our twins this weekend at college… so we needed something close and we found just that.. The room was very spacious.. room was CLEAN.. Bathroom was spotless.. I suffer from ocd and listen to the housekeeper who cleaned 425 on Aug12th 2022… you did a GREAT job!!!!!!! My husband and I looked around for a housekeeper Sunday morning so i could ask .. we didn’t see anyone.. you made our stay GREAT

the hotel was clean and modern, we were greeted by a wonderful staff when she asked what floor I wanted I stated away from children, somewhere quiet, and she was so great about putting us on the fourth floor, no children running or screaming it was great. Before anyone gets upset, I don't hate children I just don't want to hear them when I'm trying to sleep. the shower was great too, I loved the shampoo and conditioner I would love to have some, but it seemed to be proprietary. TRU please send me some :)

I was surprised that it didn't have a pool, while a quick overnight stay due to travelling isn't a deal breaker but it could be for me if I was staying more than a day or two. the breakfast lady she was nice enough, I felt like I was being watched to see if I was taking too many sausages or too many sugars for my coffee. every time I turned around, she was at my shoulder, I'm sure that it was just to check to see if I needed anything, but I'm not used to that type of attentiveness.

I thought the facility itself was fantastic. It was clean, had a good design, and was as advertised. Breakfast was quick and tasty. Loved the lobby area hangout. My boys loved playing pool after breakfast.

When checking in, it took about 15 minutes for the front desk worker to return to the station. I was not upset, but I stood there for about 15 minutes before I could check in and head to my room, which resulted in our food getting cold. Not a huge issue, and was legitimately, the only downside of our stay.

Very modern, laminate floors, so easy to keep clean. Minimalist design, no drawers, but plenty of places to put things. One trash can . Good lighting, easy to adjust blind and room darkening shade. No coffee or tea in room but 24 HR availability in lobby and it was good. Breakfast had lots of good choices . t choices

Good choices are available for breakfast. There was a mix of 'grab and go' and hot items - pastries, bagels, eggs, bacon, toast, yogurt, etc. They also had a pancake machine. Other customers liked them, I did not wait in line to find out. The coffee was decent. I was happy the hotel was quiet considering it's near a busy intersection.

The room was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were soft. I like a firmer mattress, but I was still able to rest well.

The atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the extra friendly staff. Also loved the spacious walk in shower and nice soaps and shampoo.

Very small rooms. The maid also walked in on me at 10am, the day my checkout, and caught me naked from the waste up. Granted, she was as embarrassed as I was so I did not mention it. I think she thought no one else was in the room after she saw my boyfriend leave the room with bags, she didn't even knock first. I guess that is what those do not disturb signs are for. :)

The property’s location was perfect for us and for a quick stay. Everything is pretty close and there’s plenty of restaurants near by. Staff was also very friendly and the room was nice

The bed was a little too soft for my fiancés liking however it wasn’t too bad for me so it wasn’t a big deal :)

Clean, fresh, modern look. It was very close to the highway so not far out of our way at all.

Very minimal complaint, but we were not able to find any way to adjust the tv brightness. For those that sleep with the tv on, it was like having a stadium light in your face so we ended up just turning it off.

I loved how the lobby makes you want to come down and hang out with your family and whoever else may be there visiting with the pool table, games, snack bar, and comfy seating.

There was a flashing light in the room. I think it may have been the smoke detector. That's a bit distracting when trying to sleep when already in an unfamiliar place.
