Holiday Inn Express & Suites I-26 & Us 29 At Westgate Mall, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was very tasty. Eggs didn't have the powdered egg texture most hotels have. Bed was comfy and staff pleasant. Location very good-close to highway and many good restaurants.

Tech level was a little behind times. Few charging ports and no streaming although Internet speed was very good.

It was very good. The presentation was very nice.

The girl at the desk in the morning was not very friendly. I spoke to her with no response. “Rude” the desk crew was extremely nice and very helpful when we checked in. the breakfast was very good! The girl in the breakfast area was very nice.

Location was great. Breakfast was wonderful. Comfortable bed.

Our room was not cleaned after the first night. No fresh towels were brought. I didn't report it because we had enough towels for the next day. The hotel was super busy my have been the reason for the oversight. At checkout the floor was being mopped in front of the desk and door. Someone could have fallen.

The room was across from a propane company that kept lights on at these pumps all night. The outer curtain is designed not to close all the way so we couldn't block those lights from shining in the room

The entire facility was very clean the rooms were excellent which made me feel more comfortable I would love to stay there again.

Just the bed was too firm made me a little achy.

Personnel were superb and the room was great. Entire facility was easily accessible with excellent parking.

Only downside is concern for the close location of the adjacent Natural Gas facility. I thought it was too close.

We needed a place to stay to break up the drive. I picked this one randomly based on location price and ratings. It is far enough off the highway to have a neighborhood feel. It is quiet and well landscaped. The room was basic and clean.

No concerns

Rooms were very spacious and comfortable and clean! Keurig was a nice touch. Lots of counter space in bathroom. Comfy mattresses and large TV. We did not use the amenities but there was a nice indoor pool, fitness center, etc, all very clean and updated looking. Hotel has a gorgeous lobby and eatery area.

As a travelling family I wish they offered adjoining rooms. This could be a deal-breaker for some families. The location is convenient for travel but thats about all. Not much around the hotel. Very bright street lights outside rooms were impossible to darken even with drapery liners pulled tight, so I did not sleep well.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable and well designed. Keurig was a nice touch. Lots of counter space in bathroom and general spaciousness in double queen room. Mattress was super comfy and sheets and room were super clean. Location was easy to find. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Hotel, no complaints, other than the continental breakfast full of cheap sugary grab and go style processed foods. I'm so tired of COVID being an excuse for subpar services and quality. Restaurants are open so there is no reason why hotel restaurants cannot serve hot food. I wish they offered adjoining rooms for families. It is inconvenient to be across the hall behind locked doors with teenagers.

The location and staff are awesome! Mrs. Judy at the front desk remembered me from a previous stay and made me feel so welcomed and valued as a returning customer!

Well it wasn’t that bad. The iron in our room was broken but once staff were alerted they addressed it with a new iron that was still in the box!
