Good location, weather, large parking spaces, comfortable room.
You can not use Booking.com to book directly to Horizon at 77th. You are actually booking through Thr Grande Shore Rexort which ownes some condos in Horizon. When I arrived Horizon had no record of my reservation.. after several calls from Horizon and me calling Booking.com they finally found my reservation at the Grande Shores. Great amount of stress for a vacation.

The hotel has a nice ambiance.
There was a fire drill. We had a handicap person and had to carry wheelchair down the steps. Maybe we did something wrong on our behalf but someone needs to look into a better way for people with wheelchairs to get to safety.

It is in a perfect area of the beach where you can truly enjoy it. Short walk to ocean, beautiful and clean rooms.... where to register a little confusing but worth it!
Beautiful! The place is very nice. I stayed in a two bedroom and felt in a true home, I forgot I was at a “hotel stay”.

The new keys to get into the elevators made it safer. Was a good idear and the room key with no room number on it made it very safe for every one realy liked that.
We just love this hotel best one we have stayed at.we will be back next year

Location was excellent, view was great, and staff at Grand Ocean was very friendly.
Only thing is that when you rent a golf cart there is no parking at the parking garage for your convenience, you must pay a meter for overnight parking.

The associate who checked me in was a little sarcastic. And had the nerve to say, "you are a long way from home". I don't know if that was rude or disrespectful.
