Hampton Inn Quakertown

Location of the Hotel was great for everything nearby. The room and bathroom were very clean. THe Hotel common areas were clean also. The beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom tub in our room did not drain properly, possibly due to the fact that the shower switch did not completely divert the water to the shower head and more water came out of the faucet than the head. The breakfast bar /food stations were too small for the number guests to adequately get to many of the items offered. The waffle iron suck more waffles than came out which caused a long wait. The coffee/tea station was in hallway and many guests including ourselves were looking for an additional one in the breakfast area. This area was over crowded for the space between 8am to 9am time and during flu and Covid guests were to close for comfort.

Parking and location were fantastic. Check-in was great! Alan was very helpful and got us in quickly. All of the faculty were very friendly. The room and hotel facilities were clean and in great condition.

The water pressure in our room (Room 304) was very low. Breakfast was ok. Some of the selections were a little stale which is weird because it was busy and I imagine had not been put out to long before we got there. The cold items were tasty and the coffee was excellent.

My sister and I were impressed with the cleanliness of the room, the hotel and with the friendliness of the staff. We only needed to stay one night but we would go back to this particular hotel again. We highly recommend it.

My only comment would be having scrambled eggs instead of an omelet; however, the breakfast was well staffed and good. Excellent coffee!!!!

Room not ready by 4:30 even though requested early check in. Therefore had to take substitute room which had a tub/shower combo even though told it only had walk in shower. Bottom of tub slippery. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Room not cleaned on day two of stay. Very clean on day one.

Everything! We have family in the area that we visit often and had always chose secret deals in the past ending up in some hotel close to the airport that was usually less than great. This time we decided to try your hotel booking non secretly since you are closest to where my father lives and we are seriously never staying anywhere else again every time we come to visit🥰. We were super sad that we didn’t know the pool / hot spa was available to use so we didn’t prepare to enjoy the extra relaxation. Next time though we definitely will be in there.👍🏽

Unfortunately you can’t do much about guests with less than pleasant behaviors like super loud talking and arguing w their children drowning out our movie time even with our tv turned up to the highest level. We actually had to call the front desk to do something about it. I’m sure they did call and say something however the noise lasted well past bedtime. Also We witnessed guests treating staff negatively from over reacting about things that the staff easily could and did resolve. But the guests projecting their anger at staff immediately with less than respectful idea communication was hard for us to stand by and watch w o wanting to come to your staffs aide. It gave us so much more respect for your property as your staffs customer service in-spite of the negativity was impeccable. 🥰

Breakfast was great, one of the best parts of the stay. The shower was good but the water pressure was too strong and thus reduced the comfort of taking a shower. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain.

Hotel was under renovation and things disruptive. Vending machines did not work.

The location is great, the breakfast is great, the rooms are always clean and is always perfect for our couple times a year antiquing trips!

I would like to see a bench or two outside (especially by the smoking area).

Loved the room in my bedroom, loved how big the shower was. Loved breakfast my biggest happiness was being able to have my dog there!! The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. Also like the fact that you can enter from almost every side of the building with her access card that’s very convenient.

I wished the jacuzzi was set a little higher. It felt like bath water, not like a Jacuzzi. It would be cool since you allow dogs to have maybe a fenced in area out back that dogs can go play in, equipped with dog bags for easy clean up. There was something in our sink drain that wasn’t cleaned out.

The breakfast was great , the night clerk went above of kindness because I have cancer we ask for an extra blanket because I am cold all the time he got me one didn’t even hesitate or asked questions why I needed so blankets. Also my son loved the pool!!
