Hyatt House Allentown-Lehigh Valley

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. I asked for a room in a quiet section because I'm a light sleeper and they honored my request. Food & drinks were good. We enjoyed our stay! We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

My husband likes whole milk in his coffee. They had assortments of different creamers but not whole milk. However, we didn't ask for it either ,so I'm sure if we asked they would have brought some out. I do wish they had coffee & tea out all day like some hotels do.

Most of the staff was very nice, the facilities and room were clean and well appointed, and the room was spacious. We were given a room on the top floor and my 4 y.o. enjoyed the view. Will definitely come back again if in the area.

It took us a few tries to get housekeeping to clean our room. They finally did on the last day of our stay, other than that there were no issues. A suggestion...please consider having a non-pork meat option at breakfast daily. Breakfast was great other than that-above and beyond typical hotel breakfast.

the beds were not that comfy and our door latch gt stuck so we were locked out our room but they were quick to fix it. also there were no cleaning done to our room.. they only gave us another roll of toilet paper. Since it was a suit there should have been a broom or something for us to use to clean the kitchen floors.

Check in was extremely quick and easy. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and room space was great. It was very quiet! Room came equipped with a full kitchen and all cups, utensils and pans needed to make yourself at home and make yourself a homemade meal plus a dishwasher to wash your dishes and even though I didn’t use the kitchen it was fantastic and I wasn’t expecting that! This is a perfect option for long stays! Pool area was nice, organized and stocked with towels. Common areas were great! The FREE breakfast in the morning was FANTASTIC! Staff at breakfast was eager to help me with anything I needed, being that I was alone with my three girls. Close to many known stores (Target, Costco, Walmart) and many known food options (CFA, Panera, Chipotle). Overall my stay was GREAT! I definitely recommend for long stays or even if it’s for a night away from reality!

Pool water was cold!

I absolutely loved my stay!! The king suite was definetly a nice touch and for the price on memorial day weekend??!!! Even 6 mins away from dorney park...i will be staying here again!

That there are no bell boys to help with luggage. I was with my 103 year old grandfather, had to transport him then go back and get the luggage, the room doors dont have a way to stay open, so imagine that struggle.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and impeccably clean. The breakfast was delicious. Truly an excellent hotel.

The only issue I had, was it’s distance from everything in the Lehigh Valley. That being said, I would stay there again!

Tastefully decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the walk-in shower was great.

We had two rooms, one on our way south and another on the way back. In the first room, which was the bigger of the two, the TV was hugh and so close to either the sitting area or the bed that we couldn’t watch it comfortably, gave us both motion sickness. Size it down, please, to fit the space! Both rooms took 5-8 minutes for the hot water to show up, even with all the taps, including the shower, turned on. Never had that happen in a hotel before. Fix your water pressure or something.

New, updated hotel. Room size was spacious. Comfortable work chair. Good breakfast. Great location, near everything including highways. Would stay here again.

Our room faced route 222 bypass with constant traffic, especially trucks, so a little noisy. The sectional sofa was not comfortable. I wish there was a proper desk rather than a kitchen counter to do work and for laptop.

The hotel is very new so it was fresh and clean.

I have a slight allergy to dogs. Some people were carrying their dogs while they were filling their breakfast plates! (Gross!) I know the staff can’t always control that but some extra guidelines may help that. Others had their dogs outside. They were smokers so they had to smoke outside but I thought it a bit more respectful.

Clean, modern, well equipped rooms. The staff was exceptional and gladly went out of their way to accommodate our special requests. The bed was very comfortable, you could actually sleep well on it. This was quite possibly the best stay/hotel experience I've ever had. Would most definitely recommend!
