Breakfast did not have whole grain bread and enough fruit.

I booked through this site for a King Suite room.. we did not get get that and was told that none were available. We had to take a room with 2 queens. with no discounted price. Neverltheless I was disappointed that we could not get what your online reservation was to provide. I am not sure I would book through you again.

Location was key. Not in the busy part of the city but close enough to key amenities. We were travelling through so as an overnight stop this was perfect. Also happened to be the night before July 4th celebrations. Rooms are bigger than expected and aircon was amazing.

Carpets are a bit old but thats nitpicking.

The A/C really worked great, if I can't get the room cool, we don't get a good night's sleep. We slept great. Wifi was snappy. Breakfast was fine, no complaints.

There were 110v receps, but no USB ports on the lamp bases The drain in the tub and sink were kinda slow.

Location, size of room, price.

Hotel manager tried to downgrade us from king room to double double. Booked a king room on booking . Com and paid for a king room. Did not appreciate that he tried to use that to not guarantee room I booked. After stressing that I booked king room he put us in a king suite.

The hotel was clean. The staff was more than accomodating to our requests & needs. Breakfast was decent The building felt secure & you were able to use your room card to access different points of entry/ exit

The pool is smaller than we expected

Great location accessible to everything you could need. Breakfast was good as well. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and neat. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this location.

Cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. Friendly staff. Comfortable room with a logical layout. Many new hotels just aren’t well thought out, but this one was.

The staff were great. When asked for the reason for my visit I told them of my mothers death. Immediately they threw out my booking rate and gave me a lower bereavement rate. They showed concern and were gracious when I had questions.

The room needed small repairs. Peeling wallpaper and a missing closet door were what I spotted.

My wife has Alfa-Gal. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We will be reffing this hotel to the Alfa-Gal community. It's very difficult to find accommodation for Alfa-Gal. Thank you very much.
