Oxford Suites Hermiston

Room was large and very clean. Bedding was clean and of good quality.

I didn't like the way that breakfast was not serve yourself, but rather was served by an unsmiling worker who seemed to offer small portions and resent it if you asked for a little more of anything. I went both mornings in the middle of the scheduled hours and several things had run out and were not restocked such as bagels, pastries, cereals, milk. I asked if there was cocoa for my coffee or peanut butter for toast and the answer was no. These are usually included in the motels I frequent.

Breakfast options was reasonable, and the place is quiet, and you feel safe. We just find some missed tiny tissue leftover on the carpet which probably got missed out during the cleaning from previous stay, but otherwise the whole family was satisfied with the overnight stay.

Probably it would be like very good vacuuming and cleaning of the room floor so that the next guest will not see any leftover particles from previous guests.

The young man that checked me in, Jeff I think his name was, was super sweet, friendly and funny. The Bistro was not open when I went in search of coffee, but the young lady at the front desk said the coffee was available and told me to help myself. When I came back later for breakfast, the selection, while not vast, was appealing, tasty, and the staff serving were all very kind. My room was clean and comfortable, and better than I expected.

I would have liked more in-room coffee supplies, since they are eco-friendly, they don't have housekeeping every day, so there weren't enough coffee pods in my opinion. Ditto for bath linens. I could've asked for more, but it wasn't a deal breaker for me and I made do, so not horrible.

I was traveling with my husband and my dog on our way to Southern Idaho. This was a stop over. Staff was nice and there was happy hour with salad and soup include 1 drink. Breakfast was also included. Got to visit Hat Rock State Park, about 12 mins drive. Will stay again next time I visit Hermiston.

Was expecting to get a room on the 1st floor cause of my dog but got a room on the second floor but not a big deal.

The hotel was a great price. The property was immaculate. They offered a free drink voucher that included a trip to the soup and salad bar in the Bistro. Free hot breakfast in the Bistro was also included. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Staff was happy to offer additional coffee for our room. Overall great experience.

Everything was great. Can't complain about a single thing.

The first person who was at the reception ignored me, she only told me after a few minutes of standing there to wait for a moment and she did not attend me, Ahna arrived and she very kindly attended me

Oxford Suites in Hermiston, OR, was the best!! We had traveled over 4000 miles, stayed at several very nice hotels/motels and Oxford Suites stood out. So nice to have the complimentary happy hour, great supper options and free, yummy breakfast too!! We will search out Oxford Suites in the future.

The room was very spacious. We were a party of three and could move freely in the room. The beds were soft but comfy. Everything was very clean.

The vinyl on the small sofa was worn badly and brought the entire image down several notches. Needs to be replaced yesterday.

The room was spacious, and included a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was outstanding. We loved the outdoor seating for breakfast.

It would have been better if we could have accessed the dining room from the outside seating using our key cards. Each time we needed something from inside, we had to walk around to the front entrance.

Fantastic staff with very clean, well lit rooms. Beds were comfortable and the whole room was excellent for the price. Breakfast was exceptional!

Laundry facilities in desperate need of an update and the showers were both very small and horrible water pressure.
