Econo Lodge Kennewick

The front desk people were nice. Room was clean.

We were blocked from leaving from the parking lot by someone who said she owned the motel. We asked her to move her car so my husband could get the uhaul out of the parking lot and initially she refused and literally screamed profanity at us for asking. I have never been treated so poorly by an owner or employee. I doubt we will stay here again even though we have stayed at this econolodge many times in the past when traveling. We were absolutely appalled.

The location and the coffee stand in the parking lot helped a lot. Since we didn't know any other coffee stands were in the city. Easy access to 395.

People using the handicap parking with no sticker or placards. It was very difficult for my husband to walk long distances to our room since we had to park a long ways from our room. Also the fridge was all freezer since there was no door on the freezer. Everything froze inside it.

I travelled to Kennewick for the Hydro Races. I was looking for a reasonably priced place where I could just crash after a full day at the races. The room was clean and fresh and the AC was amazing. Staff was very professional and responsive. I will be back next year.

Clean, safe, and had all the essentials. It had a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Close to coffee shops and some restaurants.

The check-in was long and they required a damage deposit. For some reason the ice machine was locked up in late evening and early morning, when we needed it.

Everything was perfectly fine, if not better than I expected. There was an unfortunate loss of power for a while during the night of our stay, and I wish it hadn't been as expensive as it was but it was a busy weekend so I understand and am grateful :)

Great value for the dollar. Everything worked out very well. Room was clean and neat. Good lighting, multiple electrical outlets.

Furniture could be updated but who really cares when you're only there to sleep and carry on with your trip.

Booking .com messed up real bad. I paid for room but something on bookingv. Comsvend was messed up and I couldnt get in room I paid for the desk clerk finally got a hold of her boss and I was able to get in room I paid for. Desk clerk went over and beyond exoectationd.

Our last experience at this econolodge was a bad one but we have stayed here many times so we decided to give it another chance. We were treated well this time and the room was clean and quiet.

Location was excellent for being in the middle of town with lots of traffic it was a quiet and comfortable stay

Just an odor it wasn't strong but spray a little bit of glade Hawaiian scent on curtains chair it will take the odor away

Front desk staff was amazing. They accommodated my last minute request for a ground floor room.

Non skid shower mat has a "dirty" appearance, mostly because it's old? It was clean,but the look made me wonder
