Bed was super comfy. Room was very nicely decorated and modern. Nice fixtures, nice big TV.

Floor was dirty like it was not swept for a while. My feet were dirty with dust and light dirt after I got out of the shower and walked around in the room for just a few minutes but u can't see the dust cuz of the floor texture and colors. Coffee grounds on floor outside our door when we first went in and still there when we left.

The clerk was friendly and very helpful. He allowed us to view the room before we booked. We were pleasantly surprised how clean and comfortable it was.

Booking.com has now twice changed my reservation. I actually saw the dates change in front of my eyes. Booked on my phone this time and computer the first time. I would highly recommend dropping them from your roster.

The check in person was nice enough and allowed us to divide our bill amongst our party. The facility had no breakfast due to COVID but did have a pool and nice indoor jaccuzzi. The location is great being right along hwy 101 and near the tourist district. The room had two windows which allowed for a cross breeze and that's why there is no A/C. The bed was a little soft but I slept well and I didn't have to use earplugs to sleep.

Breakfast would have been nice but we ended up going to Safeway to get Starbucks. The family of the managers kept walking around the jacuzzi area (like did 5 loops) and that was a little uncomfortable when we were sitting in there in our bathing suits. I realize they were just taking a walk but it was definitely creepy when they kept looking in.

The bed was comfortable. Clean. Nothing exceptional. Met my expectations. Great for one or two night stay.

Breakfast could use a muffin or English muffins as an option with the fruit and coffee served.

Last minute booking, big thank you to the manager who stayed up late to check us in (+11pm). Clean and comfortable and good value for money.

Beds were a little stiff and when we asked for more towels it felt like she didn’t want to give them to us... but it all ended up well. I also would have liked conditioner... the shampoo packets were small and we only got 3 packets to share with two of us (and 4 showers) and it dried my hair out and I couldn’t even find conditioner at the gas station across the street. But I only speak up because you asked... wouldn’t ever make a big deal about these kind of things.

The room had a door linking it to the next room. The man in there had a loud fight with someone one on the phone which we heard clearly. (Just his side) He knew how to cuss very well.

Having driven through from Lacey, Wa., I was exhausted when I got to Florence this motel was a godsend. It was clean, quiet and right across the street from an open restaurant—everything I needed that night. What more do you want!!

Just bout everything. The price is great. Beds are comfy. Hot water.

I have nothing to complain about. We always enjoy our stay at this hotel. Except one minor detail this stay was that the hot tub was NOT hot, very Luke warm.
